As soon as I answer the video call she calls me ‘Kim Taeyeon.’ Uh-oh when she uses my full name it’s not a good thing.

‘Hi Pany-ah.’ I smile at her.

‘So, are you following your fangirls now?’

‘She is just a fan, nothing more.’

‘She better be or you’ll be in trouble.’

‘Nothing will happen, trust me.’

‘I trust you, it’s just hard to keep an eye on your fangirls while I’m here.’

I don’t know what she’s talking about ‘Ok. How’s school?’

‘The usual, learning. Boring stuff TaeTae. Where is zero?’

‘I think he’s outside, Zero! Zero! Come here.’ I call out, he runs to me and scoop him up from the floor.

‘Hi Zero. I’m Pany.’

‘Mummy?’ I .

‘No. Pany.’ She replies.

‘I’m just messing with you. So, do you have anything to update?’

‘I’ll be going to HongKong at the end of November.’

‘Oh. Work?’

‘Yeah, making an appearance at a flagship store. If it’s ok can I come by for a few days?’

‘Babe… you are welcome anytime.’

‘But you will be busy with preparation? I don’t want to bother you.’

‘I can push back the preparation, the album’s done, logistics for the concert is also done. We’ll start choosing songs to do soon.’

‘But you’ll be busy.’

‘It’s fine, I can work from home you know.’

‘You sure Tae?’

‘Of course, it’ll be fine. It’s only a couple of days.’

‘Ok then, can’t wait to meet Zero in person.’

I ask her the moment she answer my call ‘Hey Pany, did you change my profile on IG?’

‘Yeah I did, so people know not to mess with what’s mine.’

‘Why?’

‘To scare away all your fangirls that think they can get close to you.’

‘You know that’s not going to happen.’

‘Just stop giving them too much attention please.’

‘Ok I will. Talk to you later. '
