PARAGRAPHS. Don't make your paragraphs too lengthy, nobody likes reading boring, long, and repetitive essays. Keep it at least 2-5 paragraphs. As always, quality over quantity.
FACECLAIMS. There is no limit in faceclaims, you can use an ulzzang, American singer, Asian singer, anything. I would reccomend choosing a faceclaim with many gifs and not just pictures. Please stay away from those cutesy looking ulzzangs. They are beyond creepy. Try to use faceclaims that fit the 'high school' catagory. It doesn't matter how old your faceclaim is, they gotta look young as possible and not that old-looking as Madonna (no offense). Try to be creative and not use an Asian faceclaim. (coughs beside me) Moonbyul, Crystal Reed, and Russell Crowe are taken.
CHARACTERS. This is a co-ed applyfic, so don't apply as girls only. Love interests are optional, however they will not be added into the application and will be put on the second application for chosen people. I am doing this because this is a co-ed applyfic and not a love story. Go to those band applyfics that has love interests if you can't handle the lack of romance. The romance will be only in the band and nowhere else, we're not going to write about another whole new character that isn't even in band nor apart of the plot. Your character can be gay, lesbian, straight, doesn't matter. Their ual orientation will not be judged, so creativity is at best! You may apply twice and there isn't a set of how many people will be chosen, that will be depended on how many people apply. If your character isn't chosen, they will be put under the minor cast, so don't delete your app if you don't get chosen.
PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND. No mary-sues, like holy . Your character isn't going to play 20 instruments and be the section leader for every instrument. However all-star althetes are possible and limited as well, so don't try to go for that, please. We will not accept any characters that has unrealistic traits aka nice, but you're nice, caring, beautiful, motherly, perfection everywhere. Okay bye. Try not to write up an angsty background unless it's necessary. Focus more on their music background instead. Everyone should have been to band camp, so include some stuff about it.
PLOTLINES. There are no plotlines, but there are positions as well. Not all of them will be taken. However, only choose one of the postions if they are majors or section leaders. If you are choosing an assistant drum major, make sure to include a separate instrument for symphonic band. If you are applying as a freshman, do not apply for section leader or drum major or any important role, really, since you are new to band and haven't showed any leadership in the band yet.
