Augments, as they are known, are physically stronger, more agile, more intelligent, and more durable than the average human. These individuals are trained to fight against the rising crime in the chaotic city known as Seoul, but also enjoy a life of luxury in exchange for sacrificing their bodies for such a noble cause. Tensions are rising between the government of Seoul and the Augments when Mari meets Ken, an oridinary boy who dreams of becoming an engineer.
