Tiffany sighed as she stared at the lovey dovey couple right in front of the coffee where she was having a cup of coffee with some of her friends, Jessica, her best friend, noticed and asked her about it.

"I just feel so lonely." She said before taking a huge gulp of her coffee.

"Lonely? But you have us!" Exclaimed Yuri as she pointed at Jessica, Sunny and Sooyoung, who were the ones accompanying the lonely red head today.

"I know, but I didn't mean this kind of lonely." Tiffany said. "If we were in the states, I wouldn't feel like this."

"Why?" Asked Sunny this time. 

"Because over there, the holidays are a time to spend with family!" She exclaimed loudly. "Over here it's mainly focused on couples! It's a sad moment to be single."

"Then why did you break up with your boyfriend last week?" Sooyoung said with full of food.

"Chew before you speak and I broke up with him because he was an ." Tiffany said that last part as a whine.

"Then stop complaining if all you ever do is date s."

"I don't do it purposely!" Tiffany replied, a bit offended. "All I want is a good person. who is chivalrous, gentlemanly, nice, sweet and doesn't expect anything in return, is it that hard to find?"

"No, in fact it sounds very familiar." Sunny said. "It sounds like the only person stupid enough to keep on pursuing you after three years."

"Taeyeon?" Tiffany asks with a surprised expression.

"Precisely, she's perfect for you!" Jessica exclaimed happily.

"You seem to forget, I'm not interested in her, at least not in that sense." 

"Keep telling yourself that." Jessica replied sassily. "Remember what happened the last time she tried dating someone?"

"That girl was just going to hurt her!" Tiffany replied quickly, but she blushed nonetheless.

"They were going to kiss and you pushed the poor girl into a pool!" Yuri continued. "Do you know she never wants to speak to Taeyeon again?" Tiffany smirked at the last comment.

"Stop smirking you're scaring me:" Sooyoung said.

"Oh come on, you know that girl was just after Taeyeon for her body, those abs attract too much unwanted attention."

"Tiffany, do I need to remind you why does she have abs in the first place?" Tiffany just looked away and blushed.

"I want to!" Sunny said with a smirk. "She has abs because you talked nonstop about how you wanted a boyfriend with abs so she went and worked out like crazy for months and ate healthy secretly just for you to get the boyfriend you broke up with last week, I remember that poor kid sulking for at least a week."

All the girls laughed and Tiffany couldn't help but blush.

"Look, as I told you before, I have no interest in her in that way." Tiffany said once again and blushed when a voice she knew so well was heard from behind her.

"And Taeyeon is completely aware of that," Taeyeon said, appearing suddenly out of nowhere. "That's why after she rejected me like three years ago, I haven't actually tried anything, so let's leave it like that."

The girls just nodded and Taeyeon smiled before she sat down next to Tiffany.

"What brings you here Tae?" Tiffany asked after a few seconds of collecting herself together.

"Actually I'm meeting a friend here, but happened to run into you guys." She replied with ease, a big grin etching accross her lips.

"Eh, is our Taengoo finally stepping up her game?" Yuri said as she playfully punched Taeyeon's shoulder.

The latter just laughed nervously and before she could reply, her phone started ringing, she quickly checked her phone and smiled.

"She's here, later girls." She then stood up and headed to the front of the restaurant.

"Uh, you seem to have competition." Sooyoung said teasingly at Tiffany.

"And pretty good competition." Jessica said as they all watched Taeyeon welcome a very tall and slim woman, long black hair and wide beautiful eyes that smiled when she spotted Taeyeon's small figure.

"Yeah, must admit the midget's got good tastes." Yuri said as she scanned the girl that was with Taeyeon, feeling a chill run up her spine as Jessica glared at her.

"It's not competition if you're not competing." Tiffany said nonchalantly as she completely avoided looking in Taeyeon's direction.

"Of course you're not competing," Sunny started. "When it comes to Taeyeon you've always been number one without even trying."

Tiffany just sipped her drink and tried to fully digest Sunny's statement.

"Taeyeon's been spending all her time with that girl and barely has time for me!" Tiffany complained to Jessica over the phone.

"Sunny tried to warn you, didn't she?" Jessica said in a matter-in-fact tone.

"Christmas eve is next Wednesday and she hasn't said anything about spending it together." Tiffany continued to rant, ignoring Jessica's words.

"Tiffany." Jessica tried once more.

"I don't even know what could she look in that girl, I mean, beside the nice body, beautiful face and soulful eyes I don't really see anything special about that Seohyun."

"Tiffany!" Jessica said with a raised voice, startling Tiffany who was not accustumed to listening Jessica yell at her.

"Yes?" She hesitantly replied.

"Stop calling me, sit down and pull yourself together."

"Pull myself together? Why?" Tiffany asked, completely confused by now.

"Because it seems as if the only thing you want for Taeyeon is for her to be miserable!" Jessica answered, severly pissed off at her best friend's selfish attitude.

"Of course not! She's my friend and I want her to be happy, why would you say that?" Tiffany replied, horrified by the accusations, in her megaphone voice.

"Think about it," Jessica said softly, noticing the distress in her friend. "You don't want her with you yet you don't want her with anyone else, just how miserable must she be for you to be happy?"

Tiffany was left speechless and wanted to deny the accusations immediately, but as she thought about it... it made sense, was she trying to make Taeyeon miserable?

"Think about it Tiff, talk to you later."

Tiffany sat down in her bed, notebook out as she wrote notes.

She decided to make a list of all the nice things Taeyeon had done for her in the past three years and another list of nice things she had done for Taeyeon. She had manged to fill about four pages of nice things Taeyeon had done for her while she... she barely had half page and many of them were meaningless in comparision to Taeyeon.

"How did she manage to like me for so long?" Tiffany whispered to herself as she thought of all the sweet things Taeyeon had done for her, after she had rejected her confession three years ago the older one hasn't tried anything yet has been doing many things in order to pursue Tiffany silently.

Yet Tiffany had dated freely during that time and always told Taeyeon everything about it and the latter neve stopped her or got mad at her, in fact, she always encouraged her and supported her in every case.

But whenever Taeyeon had dated, Tiffany had always openly allowed her to know just how much she disliked whoever she dated and had also boycotted many of her dates.

"You truly are amazing Taeyeon." Tiffany thought, the short girl had never done anything like she had done, and she didn't even like Taeyeon.

Or did she?

As that last thought crashed against Tiffany, she realized she couldn't hide the truth any longer.

After realization had dawned upon her earlier that week, Tiffany had decided to... how could she say it? no, she wasn't stalking Taeyeon on a date, of course not, she was just looking out for her, that, just that, just making sure her best friend was ok.

...bull.

Taeyeon and the girl seemed to be having a heartfelt conversation right now and Tiffany couldn't hear a single thing from it, making her frustrated.

She saw Taeyeon's hand place itself on the girl's thigh and she patted it. That was it.

She stood up from where she was and grabbed a glass of water from another table, she hurried towards them and when she was in front of them she threw the water at that Seohyun girl.

"Tiffany!" Taeyeon exclaimed as she tried to help Seohyun dry off. "Why the hell did you do that?!" Taeyeon glared at her and Tiffany's mind became clear then.

"I...I...uh..." She started, she didn't know what to answer... she... just sort of did.

Seohyun pulled out her phone and called someone, for a moment Tiffany feared it was going to be the police, until she heard something that surprised her and infuriated her at the same time.

"Yoongie!" She said in a whine. "Babe, can you come pick me up? Some girl just threw some drink at me!" She glared lightly at Tiffany and the latter glared back. "I don't know why she did that, just come pick me up, yeah, love you too, see you soon."

"I knew there was something wrong with you!" Tiffany exclaimed. "You're a two timer!"

"Two timer?" Seohyun asked, confusion clear all over her face. "I'm sorry, you must be confusing me with someone else cause I'm just dating one person."

"HA!" Tiffany said sarcastically. "What about that person you were talking on the phone with and Taeyeon? Do you tell both of them you're just dating them?"

"Taeyeon, did you tell her we're dating?" Seohyun asked the shorter one.

"Of course not!" She replied, causing Tiffany to frown. "Why would I?"

"Ok then," Seohyun said as she turned to Tiffany once more. "Whoever you are, why would I be dating my own cousin?"

"C-cousin?" Tiffany asked, her facial expression softening and her cheeks turning a bright red.

"Yes, cousin." Seohyun said once more.

"Baby! You're so wet!" A girl almost as tall as Seohyun, who Tiffany supposed was that Yoongie girl, appeared suddenly. "No double meaning intended."

Seohyun just rolled her eyes.

"Let's get you home so I can get those clothes off you." That girl said once again, causing Seohyun to arch an eyebrow at her. "Again, no double meaning intended."

"Alright, let's go home so we can both get what we want." Seohyun said as a small blush appeared on her face and she turned to Taeyeon. "See you later, unnie." She then turned to Tiffany. "It was so not nice to meet you, stranger."

Then those two dissapeared and Tiffany couldn't help but want to run away out of embarrassment.

"Can you tell me what were you thinking?" Taeyeon said calmly, although her eyes reflected how uncalm she was.

"I... I don't know." Tiffany answered, fidling with the edge of her shirt as she did so. "Why...why were you spending so much time with her?" She asked in a quiet voice, aware of the huge possibility of Taeyeon not answering.

"Tiffany... she's my cousin, she's been asking me tips about what to do, since her girlfriend is dropping hints about taking the next step and she wanted to know what to do." She answered with ease. "Was it about the time? Was it because you felt neglected that you attacked my cousin like that?"

"No..." She murmured, embarrassed about the real reason.

"Then..." Taeyeon's eyes turned slightly hopeful. "Were you... jealous?"

And before Tiffany could even process it she answered loud and clear.

"NO!"

Taeyeon flinched at her outburst and the hope flew out of her eyes.

"You're so weird lately." Taeyeon said with a sigh. "Call me when you know why you decided to do that."

"Tae-" Tiffany couldn't even finish her sentence before Taeyeon stormed out of the place, leaving poor Tiffany with all the mess Tiffany caused.

"I'm so dumb!" Tiffany whimpered at her phone as she called Sunny this time. "I finally realize I like Taeyeon and there I go, throwing glasses of water at her cousin, accuse her of being a two timer and blatantly deny that I felt jealous."

Sunny just sighed. "Tiff... you should talk to her."

"Taeyeon's really mad, she doesn't answer my calls..." She whined. "Myonly wish this year is for Taeyeon to forgive me and for us to finally start what I've been delaying with my stubborness."

"Taeyeon would be in cloud nine if she heard you say that."

"I don't think so." Tiffany said. "She hates me now, I'm sure of it."

"What are you doing tomorrow, by the way?" Sunny asked. "Tomorrow's Christmas Eve." 

"I have work in the morning.. so I'll just stay home."

"Are you sure?" Sunny asked.

"Completely sure."

"Ok." Sunny, giving up so easily, something was wrong. "At what time do you plan on sleeping tomorrow?"

"Like at ten, why?"

"Cool, and for nothing special, just for small talk." Sunny replied with ease. "I got to go, talk to you later."

"Ok, bye." Weird.

She was sure Sunny had something in mind and she wasn't sure if she wanted to know.

A loud knock was heard on her bedroom door that caused Tiffany to wake up, she checked the clock and frowned when she realized it was one a.m., she knew some of her friends, such as Jessica, Sunny and Taeyeon, had a key to her apartment but this was NOT the hour to disturb her beauty sleep.

She opened her bedroom door only to find noone there, she heard noises from the living room and she stormed her way there, ready to yell at whoever was disturbing her.

She entered the living room and the sight made her blush. 

Taeyeon lied there on the floor, hands and feet tight tightly and there was a cloth covering , her eyes were pleading and a huge ribbon was upon her head and a note sticked to her forehead.

She took the note and smiled when she read it.

She just shook her head and smiled as she looked at Taeyeon there, it was the best gift anyone had given her in years.

She lowered down to her knees, staring at Taeyeon face to face, she took off the cloth that covered the short girl's lips and then pulled her in for a kiss before she could say anything.

And as she felt Taeyeon passionately respond to her kiss she realized it wasn't going to be that hard to fullfil her wish this year.

Sorry! I have been out of the city T.T I asked for a computer and they lent me this one for a while :P

I promise to try to update as often as I can, Also, I'll use this collection to post one shots for special ocassions such as birthdays, valentine's day and stuff like that xD
