               Do you remember the first time we saw each other?

 

               It was at the party.

               The ballroom party.

             

              I was engrossed and enchanted when playing the piano.

              

              That is until I averted my gaze from the piano...

 

               And saw you...

           

           And I thought...

               time stopped...

               And this: I've found the one.

 

               However, faith tore us apart from each other.

               But that didn't stop you.

 

              Each afternoon, I knew you came to see me.

               Out of the corner of my eye,

               I've noticed your eye gazing longingly at the piano and .....

               then at my figure.

 

           So I've waited for you.

              For you to gain the courage to approach me and my piano.

 

               This day arrived.

               After I pressed one note from the piano, a shadow crawled into the room.

          

            It was you.

                I could read you:

                Shy,soft-spoken, 

                 but brave.

                 Brave enough to be in my presence.

                 

                 I scanned and watched you like a hawk.

                 Every time you tossed you hair to the side

                  and pierce into my dark orbs,

                  you hid behind your hair.

 

                  I was growing impatient. 

                  Yet I waited.

 

                   I've also noticed....

                   We were closing the gap [between us]

                   

                    Furthermore, you were going to utter a word.

            

                     Too late.

                       

                    I captured your lips.

 

                     This makes up the time where we missed [each other]

 

                      This is how I remembered the first time we kissed.
