Lu Han watches amusedly as Yifan crumples up another useless piece of paper and throws it somewhere unknown over his shoulder. He hears the paper ball hit the ground before Yifan pulls another piece towards him and simply stares at the weird tree offspring before trying to write his name on it again, except in a different way than the last.
They’re both sitting on the floor, legs tangling together quite cutely underneath the coffee table – if Lu Han has anything to say about it – with Yifan taking up the wider side of the table facing the television while Lu Han takes the adjacent right side and is just facing the far wall. There are crunching noises and soft talk happening in the kitchen where the paper balls keep disappearing to, but Lu Han doesn’t really pay any mind to it. Until Yifan crumples up his current piece of paper again and throws it over his shoulder without a care in the world.
“Ow,” someone plainly states, and Lu Han smirks as he lifts his head off of his propped up hand and looks over the back of the couch to see Kevin Shin standing at the entrance of the kitchen looking completely done with life and holding a glass of milk where apparently the paper ball had landed in just a minute ago, “That hurts, Kevin junior.”
“Oh, shut up,” Yifan replies back, obviously frustrated with whatever he’s trying to do.
Lu Han looks back over to see Yifan hunched over another blank piece of paper, staring hard at the innocent sheet, before he starts writing again. The concentration is cute he thinks, but seriously. “How long are you going to try and come up with a new signature?”
“As long as it takes,” Yifan grumbles back, earning incredulous bursts of laughter from Kevin and Lu Han.
“That’s so much work though,” Lu Han comments back, reaching over and purposely poking Yifan’s arm to throw him off. It works.
