Somewhere Between Life and Death
Description
There is no new beginning. No second chance.
You turned to me and I wasn't there.
You are dead. If I had taken your call, you would be alive.
It's as blunt as that. I'm sorry.
- Rosamund Lupton
He was full of dreams. For as much as Jongin knew, dance had been part of Sehun's life ever since he was only a small child. He was the child of nature, the person that world cherished, the one and only light in the darkness of undefined future. His genuine smiles, the honest look in his glittering eyes, and the way he talked - everything about him was a reflection of perfection.
But Jongin had never liked him - not a bit. The girls in their school too. Sehun was a , the 'hyungs ' - they liked to called him. Why? Because he had good relationships with most of the school male seniors. And Sehun was just too bright and innocent for theirs liking.
However, on one winter day, he was gone, forever.
There's rumors spreading around the whole school about his sudden death. Some say he was and then killed by the culprit. Some say he had long suffered from an incurable disease. And some say he attempted suicide once he found out that he's unable to dance anymore after he broke his left leg.
Jongin might be hating him, but did not believe in any of those, unfortunately. Nor did Luhan, Sehun's best friend.
