Sehun knew, the moment the loud sneeze echoed through their tiny dorm, that it will be a tiresome day. And he is right, when has he ever been wrong anyway?

“Sehunnie, get your sick hyung some tissues,” a large cocoon whined, a loud sniffle following it. Sehun sighed and reached over to the box of tissues placed approximately three centimetres beside the cocoon for the nth time.

“It’s so near you, hyung. Can’t you take it yourself?” he grumbled, “Why do I have to do all these for you?” Sehun is a dear soul. A beautiful and kind soul who was forced by their Satan of a leader to stay behind to take care of their precious happy virus.

Apparently, when they had woken up that morning, they found a certain baby-faced rapper flushed and sweaty. Their resident happy virus Chanyeol was down with the flu. Everyone had immediately fussed around him, trying to nurse the pouty boy back to health. Sehun had been perfectly satisfied just sitting quietly at the side and keeping to his own business. Yet, the heavens had to go against him, creating a scheduled event for all of them except Sehun. Henceforth, he was tasked with the important mission of taking good care of Chanyeol.

Sehun sighed as he looked at the sniffling bundle again. Chanyeol had rummaged through his closet just to wear his sweater – the one with obnoxiously ugly pigs on it, claiming that he had wanted to feel closer to Sehun. As Sehun is a manly man, his heart certainly did not flutter at the sound of that. Though, he had to admit, the older did look pretty cute – with the large sweater drowning him and him sniffling with his flushed face.

Large teary eyes suddenly turned to face him, boring deep into his soul. “Sehun…” a long whine sounded. And all of a sudden, he has a lap full of Chanyeol.

“Do you know?” Chanyeol shifted the younger’s arms to huddle himself into his embrace. “Do you know the pain I’m going through now?” he sniffled, doe eyes looking up pitifully at him.

Sehun rolled his eyes – clingy hyung getting even clingier when he is sick. “Well…” Sehun drawled, an arm pushing the older’s pouting face away from his personal space. Chanyeol looked up at him with hurt imploring eyes before he wrapped his arms around tightly his neck. He nuzzled his face into his neck and made himself comfortable. 

“Sehunnie, you’re so warm, won’t you give me a kiss?” Chanyeol proposed, head tilting cutely with a faint resemblance to a puppy. Before the younger could reply, Chanyeol was already leaning up with puckered lips, aiming straight for his pink lips.

“No!” Sehun choked out with a red face, narrowly dodging the rosy pair of lips. Chanyeol’s lips landed on his cheek with a wet smack, its owner pouting up at him with betrayed eyes.

“But you’re supposed to give me love! I’m a sick person!” Chanyeol whined, pushing himself higher in Sehun lap to cup his face. “Now, kiss me!”

“No! You should only kiss someone you like!” Sehun huffed. He just did not understand this hyung. He thinks that his affections for the older had been pretty obvious, with him always making bedroom eyes to him and yet now, he is just throwing himself at him because he is sick. He is not going to take advantage of someone in such a delirious state of mind now.

“I’ll make you some food,” Sehun mumbled, gently pulling away from Chanyeol’s grip. He walked to the kitchen, not noticing the disappointed gaze of Chanyeol after him.
