02  TRAILER REQUEST FORM

 

 

As you may have noticed, the layout that I used in the description doesn't work for phones... so to make it easier for you guys, I will pop the rules down here as well as the link for the request forms.

And I am proud to announce that this shop is once again open for requests!

 

 

RULES

01. SUBSCRIBE BEFORE REQUESTING. YOU MAY UNSUBS AFTER YOUR REQUEST IS DONE.
02. COMMENT AFTER REQUESTING AND AFTER YOU'VE PICKED UP YOUR STUFF.
03. TRAILER REQUESTS WOULD BE CHARGED 1KP SINCE I WOULD ADVERTISE YOUR STORY ON MY YT CHANNEL.
04. CREDIT ME AND MY SHOP IN YOUR DESCRIPTION/FOREWORD. 
05. PUT "ILY" ON 'ANYTHING ELSE' SECTION ON THE FORM AS A PROOF THAT YOU'VE READ THE RULES.
