CHAPTER 37: AIDEN KIM

Lara is two weeks old now. Her Uncle Kevin had been staying in their house after sometime, spending more time with his niece rather than his company. Wu Empire is all well, spending sometime with his baby niece won't cause any harm. Being in the house however help a lot to the new parents. Lara wouldn't stop crying at 2 in the morning. And she will be sleeping throughout the day, only waking up when she's hungry and goes back to sleep when she's full. At 2 in the morning, a crying sound could be heard in the master bedroom and soon after, the light is on. Suho had been doing his best to silent her little girl, as for not interrupting the baby's mother in her sleep. Mikaela barely get enough sleep with Lara acting up like that. No matter what and how he tried, Mikaela will always wake up as if she know her baby is hungry. 

"I'm sorry... she didn't want to stop crying." Suho said, as he hand over his little girl to her mother. "It's okay.. she's hungry.. she'll sleep again later." His wife said. Truthfully, eventhough it's only been merely two weeks since they had Lara, Suho looks like he's been taking care of his baby for 2 months. A baby that always cry whenever she saw her daddy fall asleep as if she's afraid that her daddy will leave her soon. Whenever Lara cried for milk at 2 in the morning, Mikaela fed her. But what the woman didn't know is that, her daughter didn't fall asleep back when she's full. Of course Suho would say that he will put Lara back to sleep so that his wife could get her rest and of course Mikaela would fall asleep as soon as Suho take Lara from her arms. Mikaela was dead tired though it's been two weeks after she gave birth. Her health didn't recover as fast as she hope it will. 

So, Suho are now trying to put Lara back to her sleep but the latter decided to stay awak, blinking her eyes, looking everywhere around the room. She would constantly moving her hands. She like it the most when she felt her daddy's arms hugging her small body. But then, she cannot let her daddy fall back to sleep as she didn't want to sleep yet. So, whenever she saw Suho eyes were closing, she would make small noise, enough for only her daddy to hear as if she know that her mother couldn't be awake that time because she's tired. Now, it's the time for her to bug her daddy. Poor daddy who gave all his love to his princess. "Lara-yah, sleep. It's still early to be awake." Suho said in a whispering tone, afraid that Mikaela would wake up. But the little bunch of happiness in his arm only blink blankly at him, not understanding a thing what her daddy said. She squirm from his hold from time to time, asking attention from her daddy but her daddy is too tired to stay awake, so he thought closing his eyes a little
