My life was simple. I was just plain student until that day.

Flashback.

"SoEun-ah lets go get lunch!" I had the best friends I could ever ask for. They were with me through thick and thin but I was in love with one since I was seven. His name is Kim Jong Dae but people call him Chen. He has been with me the longest. However I could never tell him my true feelings because he has his girlfriend by his side, Minhee. She is perfect for him because he loves her. As long as he is happy so am I...right? Maybe it's my false hope in everything that maybe..just maybe one day that he will fall for me. But than again that false hope is a problem because he will never love me more than a friend.

"SoEun-ah your dad and I arranged you to go to Cambridge University after high school." That was my ticket to run away. To run away from my fears and feelings of rejection and change. I didn't want to leave him and our friends but that is how things were supposed to be. "SoEun-ah what are you thinking about?" I felt something land on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Chanyeol and Baekhyun. I just smiled at them, "Could you guys do me a favor?" they looked at me with a confused look. "Can you gather the guys for one last time?" Their eyes went big when I said 'last time'. 

We all went to party at Suho oppa's house and that is when I announced my leave. "Hey I have something to say to you guys and I hope you won't get mad." I was hoping that Chen would pick up on my hint. All eyes were on me and I felt like their eyes were suffocating me. "I'm leaving tomorrow..." Thier eyes went wide and all their jaws dropped. "SoEun-ah what are you talking about....talk to us." Kai was next me trying to shake the answers out of me. "Sorry..." That was all I could say before I ran for it. I ignored all of the calls and texts that I got from anyone. I just wanted to be alone. I was scared to see him and the rest of the group.

It has been three years since I last saw them. I have never kept in touch. I worked hard to graduate early by completing my doctorate alreay. I was still deeply in love with him but I was pretty sure that he didn't feel the same. I tried to keep myself busy with school but it didn't help much. "Soeun-ah? Is that really you?" It was him. The guy I want to rip out of my mind and heart but he won't budge. How could I have met him in this cafe out of all of them in Seoul. "Chen..." He grabbed my hand and took me out of the cafe. He put me in his car, "How could you leave me like that. I thought we were much closer than that...I thought you cared for me more than that. I thought--" I couldn't take it anymore, "Chen stop please...I had no other choice...It was my parent's decision. I do care for you." When we came to a stop in front of the house that I ran away from three years ago. "Chen..I don't--" he cut me off, "Everyone miss you Soeun-ah." I just puffed air as I made it into the old house with heavy steps. "CHEN HYUNG! did you get my bubble? My bubble..Bubble~"Sehun was the same I couldn't help but chuckle. "Noona.." I couldn't help but come out and greet everyone. I thought they would be angry with me for leaving without any notice but it was like old times.

Everyone was enjoying their time and laughing, "I think I should head in guys." I heard whining from many of the boys mainly the maknaes though. "Chen you should take our girl home." Chanyeol patted the shorter guy on the shoulder. "No it's--" "let's go." Chen was getting to bug me with his new habit. "Chen could you stop cutting me off!" I couldn't take it any more. When we reached my house I took a look at Chen once more, "Thanks for the ride...well...goodnight." I was about to walk away but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into an embrace. "I missed you." I couldn't help but smile, "Me too."

The two of us took time to get to know each other again until one day. "Hey Chen I heard Minhee was coming back into town." Chen nodded his head while smiling." I knew it was too good to be true. "Hey buddy are you going to ask her for her hand in marriage or not?" I was messing with him just to hide the fact that I loved him too much. He just smiled smuggly at me and rubbed the back of his neck. I laughed it off but it hurt so much.

A week had passed since Minhee had come back to occupy all of Chen's time. "Noona lets go get some bubble tea!" Sehun was begging me to take him in my new car that he supposedly wanted to ride. "Okay but I can't stay too long buddy its getting late I have work at the hospital tomorrow. First day as a medical team leader." Sehun threw his arm on my shoulder and we went. It was late but I would do anything for my Sehun-nnie he was like the little brother I never had. On out way home, we sat there in a red light while talking about the girl he liked. I couldn't help but smile at the fact that Sehun was in love just like I was but his love was received by the other end. When the light turned green we started to go but something felt strange. On my side a car was headed straight for us. "SEHUN-AH!!" I unbuckled his seatbelt and pushed him out of the car the best I could.

I opened my eyes and everything was up-side-down. "Noona.."Sehun's voice was hoarse. "Sehun-ah...Did you get hurt." I turned my head but pain struck me. "Noona I'm fine. Can you get out?!" I knew that this was goodbye. I tried so hard to get out of my seat
