Rain

I was walking on my way back home when it rained so hard that I had to get to a coffee shop nearby to hide from it. It was a small and lovely shop. There weren't many people in there so it’s really quiet and I chose for myself a seat next the window, because it was the closest one to me back then.

I just didn't get it how can people like rain? I hated it. It made people’s clothes wet and sticky. How annoying! Not even mention when randomly stood nearby a puddle then a car ran by and splashed all the water combining dirt and mud all in you. That would never happen when it’s sunny. The point was, I hated rain.

I ordered a black coffee, the only drink I know and it suited me in that time – bitter and dark. Just a simple black coffee with no sugar and I looked around and sadly to see the rain was getting heavier as time flew. Oh how it would be great to roll in bed with a thick blanket right now – I thought

Half an hour later, the bell door rang and at the door way there was a figure coming in. I was so wrong to turn my head around to see you – the one took my heart from the first moment

.

.

Brown eyes, straight nose, high cheeks appear when you smiled lightly – that breath-taking beautiful smile – not even mention the honey color skin tone made you look like you glowed under the sunlight. It was just too beautiful to be true? Were you real or you just my imagination?

You ordered a Latte with a lot of cream on top and I found out how pleasant your voice was. It’s quite low and husky, unlike mine – too soft too sweet for a guy. I like your voice. I wished I could hear my name to be called by that voice. Aish what was I thinking? I just met you like 15 minutes ago. How weird I was!

The following days I created for myself a new habit that was going to that coffee shop, sitting the same seat, ordering the same drink, and on my hand there would be a book – my secret weapon was used when I pretened to reading it but actually was to look at you secretly and to hide my pinky cheeks whenever I saw you smiled. When did i become this pathetic?

Until annother rainy day, this shop suddenly became so crowed and you walked in without having a seat. I didn’t know what I was thinking when I invited you to join me. I was surprised and proud at myself that I had that courage

And then I knew nothing to do beside intensely looking at my book. I didn’t even know what to read anymore. I learnt this book by heart a long time ago already. Things were so awkward. Damn it! I thought and I heard your voice:

-You read a new book today – It took me few seconds to realize I was the one you’re talking with but I din’t get it, what book?

-Pardon? – I asked while thinking that this was our first conservation. Yay~

-You always read The Paradise. It changes now – your lips curlved into a thin line and I felt you looked even more breautiful, more atractive and more shining when you’re nearer. But hold on, I did truly brought a new book but I didn’t really even cared but you knew.

-You notice what I read everyday? – I asked and I wondered if I wasn’t dreaming when I saw your cheeks ap
