The next day was a Chuseok Day, which was a major harvest festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. Jong Kook and his family were just finished doing memorial service for their ancestors in the morning.  His mother told him to go back to sleep since he did look so tired, not to mention he drank some soju last night when he gathered with his relatives.

Jong Kook opened his eyes and stretched his back, still lying on the bed in one of his cousin’s room that appointed as his room for this weekend. He took his phone to check the time. It was still 2 hours until lunch was served so he decided to get some sleep again. He wouldn’t be getting enough sleep when he came back to Seoul. He still had a recording to do tonight so he had to go back to Seoul after lunch.

He closed his eyes again, intending to sleep again. Just when he about to drift to the dream world, the door slammed opened that made him startled. His little niece came in and shook his body, trying to wake up her handsome uncle.

“Samchon, wake up! Wake up!” She then climbed onto the bed and jumping, “Wake up, samchon! Wake up!” She then pulled his hand.

Jong Kook sat down and looked at her, “What is it?”

“Unnie is here!”

“Wha-? What did you say?”

“Unnie is here! Come on, samchon!” His niece climbed down from the bed and started to pull his hand again to make him get out from the bed and follow her.
