Person B: Why not?)
You could put it like, person A walked out and said,"No, you can't do that!" Person B reacted and said, "Why not?"
Ada descriptive words pasal macam mana benda tu berlaku rather than tiba-tiba ada conversation. Cuba berlatih lagi sebab banyak kesalahan tatabahasa dekat sini. I can help if you want sebab my English is fairly good. Bukan excellent lah but boleh. And awak sama umur dengan saya kan? 1997? Kalau macam tu, samalah kita.
