Prologue

The wind blew her long black hair as she stopped at where she was and stared blankly at nowhere, with tears as her only companion. She turned around to check on little Joon-ah and Seung Ho, walking hand in hand. She adored how they resemble each other now. Seung Ho met her gaze and smiled at her. 

Mi Joo felt the wind once more as if it was talking to her. Another teardrop fell when she realized her heart is breaking again one last time. She knew it was time to say goodbye… but just like before and in all her attempts, her heart wanted to control her mind. 

“Si Joon-ah… help me… help me say goodbye… help me move on with my life without you now…”
