Doojoon POV’s

Just like the yesterday, the bell and knock on the door woke me up from my peaceful sleep. It was like a dejavu and I was ready to snapped at Hana if I see her again this morning. I could hear someone talking from inside but it didn’t sound like Hana’s voice, since her would be a little higher and squeakier.

“Who ar-” N-No way.. Am I still dreaming?

“Hello!! We are your new neighbor Yong Junhyung and the one and only Yang Yoseob. Nice to meet you.” I couldn’t believe it.. Junhyung was standing right in front of me with another familiar face beside him. That face.. He changed a lot, he was skinnier, paler, and thruthfully looked so messed up. Those eyes bags and skinny wrist worried me though. Wait a minute!! It wasn’t the right time to think about that!!

“W-What are y-you doing here?”

“Nothing. We just want to greet our neighbor, right Yoseob?” It was a weird morning.. Junhyung was smiling in front of me and he didn’t look as scary as 6 years ago. Yoseob though.. the opposite of him. He bit his lips so hard till it bleed and his eyes never met mine for once.

“I-I’m o-out of h-here..” Yoseob voice was like a whisper but somehow I could hear it very clear. I watched his back as he run and fall to the ground for the next minute for he bumped into the one known as Jang Hyunseung.

“W-Who the hel-Y-Yoseob?!” I watched Hyunseung was the first one to get up while Yoseob stay on the ground still with his head hanging low and eyes downward. He looked like the world just fell to his shoulder. He didn’t move nor talk, neither of us. We just stared at each other with confused look, even Junhyung was in silent.

“Jun.. Why? Why! WHY!!” After minute of silence, Yoseob’s voice echoing around the corridor as his shoulder start shaking badly.

“No reason..” Hyunseung and I just watched what occured between these two newcomer with curious look. I was about to ask the same questions like Yoseob, why Junhyung suddenly appeared with Yoseob on his side.

“Y-You.. H-Hate.. I hate you..”

“Hate me all you want Yoseob, but you have to face it. There’s no turning back now.” I watched Yoseob carefully when he shut his mouth, gripped his wrist so hard with his shaking hand and cringed when red blood trailed down his wrist.

“Y-/Don’t. Just let him be.” Let him be?! Are you insane? I really want to scream this word to Junhyung but the look on his eyes silence me.

“It was you who brought this to yourself Yoseob. You said you want to meet him, so I brought you to him. Now, why you blame this on me?” What? Yoseob want to meet me? Why?

“N-Not l-like t-this J-Jun.. Not like this!!” I saw him get up and ran past Hyunseung to God know where. I looked at Junhyung who did nothing but sigh and rub his forehead.

“U-Uhm.. Don’t you have to chase after h-him?”

“No need. He will come back by himself later.” B-But, he cried and the blood on his wrist and lips worried me. What if he passed out and no one helped him? What if he was kidnapped by bad people since he was so defenseless like that? What if-What if he couldn’t find his way back?

“Uhm, I still think you should chase after him though. What if someone took advantage of his condition?” Since he looks so weak and defenseless already, it sort of-worried me.

“*Sigh* You’re right. It’s been 6 years and that guy may not be able to find his way back here. Can you help me with something Yoon Doojoon?”

“I-If it’s something I can do.” Actually I didn’t want to get involve in this morning madness any longer but since I’m a nice person, I will try my best to help people in need even though it was him. Then again, since it was from him it might be something I-

“Can you help me chase after Yoseob?” -Just afraid off!!

“Why me?!” I didn’t mean to be rude but I just met him after 6 years of not seeing each other. Morevoer, our last memory was a bad one at that.

“I have something to discuss with Hyunseung in private and I think you are more suitable for this job rather than me. Yoseob really didn’t listen to me anymore, as you can see he changed. He isn’t the same Yoseob you know so I think this can be a good chance for you to get to know the new him.” I could see it. Even from his aura, he wasn’t the Yoseob I know and love. But, should I really do this?

“Listen, I really want you and Yoseob to get back together since Yoseob clearly didn’t do well without you. So, unless you want to lose him once again, I suggest you chase after him right now. Do it when I’m
