Okay, so, if you have a super creepy character, chances are they're not going to be wearing bright colors (unless they're that kind of creepy). Your character is a vampire? A witch? Goth? Just old-fashioned on the dark side? Have fun with their surroundings and outfits! A lot of the time, the evil characters get more elaborate clothes as well. They're arrogant - they totally believe they can fight the hero while wearing a corset or heavy cloak. They're bad, and they know it, so why not let their clothes show it?
