Chapter 18: Kidding

Yeojin’s POV

As we arrived at his home, I saw his father, I mean Mr Lee. He was walking fast towards us.

“Yeojin, what happened to you? Donghae, what’s wrong?” he continued asking both of us. We looked at each other and smiled.

“Dad, don’t worry. She fell down just now. Let us go in first. She’s too heavy,” Donghae said while wrinkling his forehead. What? He said I’M HEAVY!!! How could him.

“Okay, you both can go now but Donghae, don’t forget to treat her bruised,” Mr Lee said. Donghae just nodded his head and I just smiled to Mr Lee. We then walked away from there.

“Oppa, your dad is really sweet,” I said to him while smiling. Donghae looked at me weirdly after hearing my words.

“What’s wrong, oppa?” I asked him, felt uneasy by the way he looked at me. I really didn’t understand.

“Are you falling in love with me or my dad?” he asked me back while raising his left eyebrow. WHAT? ARE YOU JEALOUS, LEE DONGHAE?  He’s your father!!!

I laughed seeing his facial expression. I never expect this.

“Of couse.... of couse....,” I purposely made him waiting. He looks curious and impatient waiting for my answer.

“Of course who?” he asked me eagerly. I smirked to him.

“Of course YOUR FATHER. He’s so sweet and always takes care of me,” I and trying hard to hold back my laugh. He looks shocked but then his face slowly turns sad. POOR DONGHAE, MY BABY!!! I laughed evilly deep inside my heart. It’s my time to get revenge on you. You’re always making fun of me, right? But he just kept silent after that and continued walking to his room. No more smile on his face. Aish Donghae, don’t be like this. I’m just kidding. Please don’t take it seriously. He really made felt guilty teasing him like that just now.

“Oppa, why are you quiet?” I purposely asked him even I knew the reason.

“Nothing, just feel a bit sad knowing that you don’t really love me,” he said weakly without looking at me. His action really made me felt guiltier again.

“Oppa, I’m just joking. That’s not true. I’m sorry for making you sad,” I apologised to him but he has no response.

Donghae’s POV

I’m really happy today when finally Yeojin could accept my love. I couldn’t stop smiling and I didn’t think I could sleep well tonight. I’m really crazy in love with you, Yeojin.

“Oppa, your dad is really sweet,” she suddenly spoke. What? What did you just said? Are you saying my dad is sweet? Yeojin, how about me? Don’t I look so sweet piggyback you right now? I looked at her weirdly and she did the same.

“What’s wrong, oppa?” she asked me. You know the answer Yeojin.

“Are you falling in love with me or my dad?” I purposely asked her. She was laughing hearing my question but then she looks hesitate to answer me. What’s wrong? Now, I wonder. Are you really in love with my dad? Oh, please say no Yeojin. If you really love him, how about my mother and ME?

I’m not jealous but felt a little bit worried because even my father is old, he’s still affectionate and handsome. Just looking at me, not so much different compared to him. She’s really made me impatient.

“Of course YOUR FATHER. He’s so sweet and always takes care of me,” she finally answered. OMG, Yeojin why are doing this to me? But then I saw she smirked. Are you making fun of me? Don’t you dare, Yeojin. I knew what to do. I purposely kept silent and made a straight face.

She looked at me and but then I could see she was worried. YES, I MAKE IT. Who ask you to start it first? I laughed evilly deep inside my heart.

“Oppa, why are you quiet?” she asked me. Yeojin, you’re really innocent. She finally fell with my acting.

“Nothing, just feel a bit sad knowing that you don’t really love me,” I said weakly. DONGHAE, YOU’RE SUCH A GOOD ACTOR. You should make a movie and I’m guarantee it’ll become a huge hit.

 “Oppa, I’m just joking. That’s not true. I’m sorry for making you sad,” she apologised.

“So, who do you really love?” I asked her, pretending dumb with my own question. Deep inside my heart, only God know it.

“Absolutely YOU, oppa,” finally she confessed. Her face was blushing so hard right now. I could feel butterflies were flying in my stomach.

I leaned closer to her face and slowly kissed her lips. She shocked at first but then kissed me back. Both of us closed our eyes while enjoying that moment.

We then finally broke our kiss. Her face was red. I smiled to her and she replied back.

“I’m sorry yeojin. I was kidding to you too just now,” I said. Her eyes were getting bigger, surprised with my confession.

“Wha.......” she was going to say something but I quickly kissed her to shut . I really hope times will stop right now and letting us enjoying this feeling forever.
