Chapter one

The sun made its presence known by cutting its light through the gaps of the young man’s curtains, his opaque brown colour losing their fight from the invading sunlight, the gentle rays of light couldn’t resist the temptation of dancing on the said young man’s skin, his hair tussled and rustled still looked as amazing as it ever did even if it is only his bed hair, the charms of Yang Yoseob is something that’s too difficult to explain.

“Yah! You big lazy , do you know what day it is? Do you? Hurry, palli we need to get going” yelled a female voice

“Yah! Who are you to yell out ‘yah’ hey?! I'm your oppa; you do not yell at me” pouted the said (currently awoken zombie man) a high pitched giggled can be heard, the female voice just so happens to be Yang Yoseob’s one and only best friend, he is totally reliant on her, he wouldn’t even be able to tie his own shoe lace if it wasn’t for his dongsaeng who likes to be called Zara (well that is her name keke).

“Oppa, today is the day, we find out today! Do you know how excited I am? Very just to let you know” said the continuously giggling girl 

“Yes Zara darling I know, now go wait for me down stairs while I get ready” with that he pushed her out the door with a goofy smile on his face and race to his bathroom, Zara giggling sat comfortably on his comfortable couch, re-watching the episodes of Friends as she waits. 15 minutes later, Zara currently now glued to the TV, didn’t realise that her best friend is standing right beside her.

“Yah you wake me up at 5am and your here glued to the TV, Aish this girl” with that he pinched her ear and dragged her outside, playfully sticking out his tongue.

“Its hurts, you big fat meaniie” she said using her aegyo at full force. Aegyo being one of Yoseob’s weaknesses, he couldn’t help but to pinch her cheeks

“Awr, Oppa’s sorry, now. Let’s go! Off to Cube Entertainment”

Yoseob has just recently auditioned to be in the new group Beast; today is the day he finds out whether or not he made it, what he didn’t know was that love will finally find its way to the young man’s heart.

Yoseob and Zara found their way into the cube building, it was something that astonished them both, and they couldn’t help but stare thus causing wary looks to be passed their way. Not really showing their concerns about the people around them, Zara and Yoseob have found their way into a standardised waiting area which musical instruments where placed here and there, being the only two in the room, they made themselves feel at home. Zara notices the nervousness look in his eyes, the sweaty palms and irregular heart beat begin to make its way through. She gently places her palm over him, smiling, telling him that everything will be fine. A few minutes have passed and his heartbeat was beginning to come back to normal, in order to keep themselves distracted they started singing, a tune that sounded so sweet but demonstrating the happiness that is felt, after their little jam out session, a round of applause was heard; what they didn’t realise was that as soon as they started singing, they had six pair of eyes focused solely on them. The blush on Yoseob’s face didn’t seem like it wanted to die down anytime soon but in all honestly, it just made him look even cuter, Zara not knowing what to do just sat down, to embarrass of being caught.

 “That was wonderful; I sincerely mean that, just breath taking” spoke the tall man in the middle, Yoseob still blushing nodding while smiling

“Ah that’s right, you must be Yang Yoseob am I right? I'm the manager of Beast, I would just like to tell you that you have been accepted into joining our company and we will hope you enjoy your time here at Cube; here I have your five other members: Yoon Doojoon who is the leader, lead rapper and vocalist, Jang Hyunseung the lead vocalist and main dancer, Yong Junhyung the Main rapper, Lee Kikwang who is the main dancer, lead vocalist and the visual of the group and lastly Son Dongwoon; the maknae and vocalist. I hope to see you guys soon, I'm off to get things ready, why don’t you guys stay here and mingle should I say and get to know each other: I’ll be back soon” and with that he left. A minute or two the room was filled with silence, that didn’t last very long because Zara who thought it would be fun decided to push Yoseob onto the couch, face first smack bang on a soft cushioning pillow.

“Haha Yoseob oppa, your face, got you Merong”  she giggled some more before turning to the guys behind her blushing, totally forgetting where she was and then giggling at her actions
“Well someone needed to do something, the tension could of been hit by a pin and it would have broken hehe” she giggled

The five guys all started laughing at her response, Doojoon coming forward and ruffling her hair saying that it’s alright.

“Annyeong, I’m Zara and this is Yoseob oppa, I'm his best friend and no I don’t like him in any way other than a brother because ewwwwh he’s like a brother to me and he’s no way close to meeting my standards” she stuck her tongue out at Yoseob again before turning back to the guys.     

“Oh purleaaase, I don’t want to be like your Kyuhyun oppa, I'm happy being me” snapped back Yoseob who than stuck his tongue out.

The five remaining guys just couldn’t help but laugh at the interacting between the two, well aren’t they glad Zara was here, they can now start a proper conversation. Yoseob who got off the couch, walk (more like shoved playfully) Zara out the way and stood in eyesight if the guys, “hello as said before I'm Yang Yoseob and to be honest I'm not that crazy, this girl is hehe I hope we can get along well” he stuck his hand out, not really choosing who to shake with but it being nearer to Kikwang, He replied back with “it’s great to finally meet you, manager hyung has been talking about how great the Yoseob is and now we can finally meet you, nice to meet you I'm Lee Kikwang” just then their palms met, both blushed at the contact and couldn’t help but smile throughout the exchange. Fireworks even occurred, this has never happened before, to the either of them, just what could this possibly be?

*just imagine Zara mentally screaming IT’S LOVE!! ALREADY IT’S LOVE Mwhahaha* lol
