I spend the late nights and early mornings

trying to color people’s lives

to share what I feel.

Sometimes,

when I’m alone

I think of things that would make people like me

and the things that I write

with excitement, I feel.

But then I see you,

Hundreds of people wait for you

For you to continue what you’ve started.

I watch

with a green heart.

Because I know

I will never be as good as you.
