Valentine's was just around the corner. It was SHINee's day off and they were all still fast asleep, exhausted from the previous day's work. By 10, they were all up and busy 

"It's not Valentine's Day without chicken," Onew sings to himself. Kibum rolls his eyes and gives him an are-you-serious look, but Onew was too excite to notice. Onew drags Taemin along, promising to get him 3 cases of banana milk from Onew's parents' place if he followed. Taemin unwittingly agrees once he hears 'banana milk'.

"My poor Taeminnie, 'banana milk' will kill him one day," Minho mumbles to himself, and follows the two boys out the dorm but leaves to join his other friends for a soccer game.

That left Jonghyun and Key alone in the dorm. Normally Key would've gone shopping, but he was still so exhausted and Jonghyun planned to bum around for the day. Coincidence? Maybe.

Both boys sat on opposite sides of the couch in the living room. Jonghyun was on his phone, like always. Key was reading High-Cut and Vogue, and commenting on the over-priced clothes and the fashions that were 'not his style'.

Suddenly, Key feels his cell vibrate in his back pocket. He shifts himself and pulls out his home. The screen reads: 1 new message from Stupid Dino

Key looks up at Jonghyun with questions in his eyes. Jonghyun was already watching Key, with a funny smile pasted on his face.

"Why are you texting me?" Key demanded.

"Just read it~" Jonghyun whines giving Key his famous puppy eyes. Key sighs and opens the massage.

It read:

Hey..! Valentine's Day is coming up.. Send to see what colors they'll tell you.

Red - you're cute

Orange - I owe you an apology

Yellow - let's chill

Green - I want a kiss

Blue - I want a second chance

Purple - we should have a better friendship

Pink - let's cuddle

Gray - I'm crushing on you

Black - I want a hug

Brown - all of the above

Rainbow - will you be my Valentine?

Key looks up at Jjong again, eyes wide and confused. He felt heat rush up to his cheeks when he sees Jonghyun grinning still. Key secretly hopes that Jonghyun doesn't catches him blushing. Jonghyun starts pointing at Key's cell, telling him to reply.

Although, Key finds it silly, he also felt warm inside and decided it was rather sweet.

Key replies:

Why are you texting me babo?

Key looks back up and catches disappointment on Jonghyun's face. Their eyes meet for a quick second before Jonghyun looks down at his cell to text back. Within seconds, Key recieves Jonghyun's message.

Just because...

Tell me your colors~ (gives puppy eyes)

Jonghyun nudges Key's legs, which were still sprawled on the couch, to catch his attention. Key glances up, after reading the message, only to find Jonghyun giving him his puppy eyes. Key bursts into laughter, just as Jonghyun expected and he makes a pout at Key.

Key swipes a smile teardrop that had formed at the corner of his eye and opens his mouth to speak. Jonghyun cuts him off by pointing at Key's cell again. Now it was Key's turn to pout, but Jonghyun just chuckles softly.

Turns on Diva switch~~

Yah~! Babo why are you making me text you?

And why should I tell you my colors?

Key hears a short whine from Jonghyun and giggles quietly to himself. He watches at Jonghyun concentrated on his text. Key's noticed jonghyun's expressions changing as he typed, making it easy to guess what he was typing. Almost immediately the reply came.

(pouts) Just tell meee~

Then another came.

No more Diva? Just colors okay?

Sent: 1:23PM Sat., Feb. 6th

Fine, no more Diva

But you tell me your choices first

A small huff leaves Kibum as he expresses his message unconciously and makes Jonghyun chuckle. Heat rushes to Key's face again.

Ugh! (pouts)

Jonghyun chuckles at Key's cuteness as he reads "you're hyung".

Key freezes when he reads Jonghyun's first color. If he remembered correctly, red was "you're cute". Key blushes and stares at the screen, hesitating to reply. Jonghyun smiles softly to himself as he noticed the younger's flustered face. He found the light pink that tainted the Key's cheeks really cute and mentally took a picture to save the image for later.

Are you serious?

You have to be honest!

Stop being such a flirt >.<

Key looks up at the older's express while he read his message. Jonghyun frowned and looked up at Key seriously then replied:

I'm serious!

You can't lie either.

This is of all honesty.

Jonghyun watches as Key hesitates to reply again. He slowly became impatient and starts to type another reply. Just as he started, Key's message was sent. It simply said:

Yellow.

Jonghyun looks from his phone and sees Key watching for his expression. When their eyes meet, Key flinches away. This makes Jonghyun boil, he wanted a better responce than "yellow". Finally, Jonghyun types back:

Why are you being so secretive you babo!

I'm going to tell all of my colors so I want you to tell me all of yours too. Honestly. All of them okay?

Jonghyung doesn't wait for Key to reply and started typing again on his phone. Although, he hesitated to send.

These are my colors, ALL of my colors for you:

Jonghyun watches Key read his message. He sees Key's eyes widen and his face goes into a deep shade of red. Jonghyun's heart was really pounding now. Nervous, afraid and at the same time, proud that he finally confessed his feelings to Key. But Key just stares at Jonghyun and doesn't type back.

"Yo-you're color-cu-colorful." Key stutters and looks away from Jonghyung's eyes, blushing a lot now. "You should've just wrote 'all colors'"

"I couldn't! Why would I?" Jonghyun says back, almost immediately and loudly. "Why would I choose purple? Why would I choose brown if I didn't want purple? Don't you see?"

Jonghyun grabs Key arm and pulls him gently towards him.

"Don't you see? Babo, I don't want you as only a friend." Jonghyun looks straight into Key's eyes and leans forward. "I love you, Kim Kibum. I love you.." Jonghyun whispers softly as he closes the gab between them. He presses his lips onto the younger's, feeling every angle of the boy's small bow-shaped lips. Key stares at the older, shocked; but eventually, closes his eyes and returns the kiss.

Jonghyun softly nibbles at Key's bottom lips while Key does the same to Jonghyun's upper. Key shifts himself closer to Jonghyun. Crawling closer to Jonghyun, still kissing, and sits himself into Jonghyun's laps. Sounds of kisses showered the room. Finally Key pulls away only to gasp for air; Jonghyun cups the back of Key's neck with one hand and Key's waist with the other, slowly pulling the boy back into kisses. Key rests his arms on the older's chest and slowly allows himself to snake them around Jonghyun's neck. Both pulling each other closer, as if there was any space between them anymore.

Finally the kisses stopped. They rested their heads against one another's with their noses touching. Jonghyun smiles and chuckles softly.

"Does this mean a yes?" Jonghyun says letting his smile spread from ear to ear.

"Huh? Uh.. yes?" Key replies back, a smile pasted on his face as well.

"Then say it. Tell me," Jonghyun whispers and gestures a three with his hand.

Getting the hint, Key giggles and blushes.

"I love you" and the two are pulled back into kisses.
