steps

paste image onto canvas

paste second image onto cavas, and blend. 
i used layer masks to blend 
(see previous tutorial on blending).

paste third image and blend.

to make all skintones more uniform, i created a new layer, 
took a brush, added orange spots, and set it on softlight.

pasted window stock, set it on multiply, blended.

pasted lightning stock, set it on screen, blended.

pasted tree stock, multiply, blended

pasted texture, screen, multiply

created a new layer, using a black brush added dark spots.

pasted fire stock, screen, blended

pasted candles stock, screen, blended
