Morning: 1~2 bananas, 2 cups of water (For breakfast, only have fresh bananas and room temperature water.)
Lunchhealthy and non-greasy Korean meal
Snack: have  1/2 ~ 1 banana when feeling hungry
DinnerKorean meal mostly composed of rice and herbs
 
TIPS
  • Try to eat healthy and non-greasy foods
  • DON'T eat any desserts or non water drinks (say no to the sugar and fizz)

 

With the tips, I don't follow either of them strictly. I tend to eat very limited amounts of junk food and dessert, and I have a really bad habit of drinking a lot of Diet Coke, but I've still yeilded results from this diet plan.

The banana diet, designed by pharmacist Sumiko Watanabe, is awesome because it

  • enables your face to become smaller

  • burns your waist and tummy fat... so that awkward layer of lower tummy fat... POOF~

  • makes your s more full, so you'll get that S-line

  • tells you to exercise only when you feel like it

 

I started implementing some of this plan about 2 weeks ago, and it's by far my favorite. Not because I love bananas or anything, but it seriously works.

  • Suh In Young lost 6 kg in 4 weeks; to those of you who go by the pound, that's 13.227 pounds.

  • I've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks; I tend to drink a lot of Diet Coke and indulge in small amounts junk food.

  • My chest went from a 32D to a 32DD... Now I'm not saying I went up a cup size in 2 weeks, but there's definitely a noticeable difference in my chest after I started this diet.

Also, my bodytype had become more of an S-line after using this diet plan loosely. For those of you who aren't familiar with the S-line bodytype, it's the ideal bodytype in South Korea:

The science behind it all:
  • Bananas are filled with enzymes that boost digestion and metabolism that aids weight loss

  • Bananas are a rich source of resistant starch, which leaves you feeling satisfied and less inclined to overeat at meal times

  • Bananas increase the body’s fat-burning capacity

  • Bananas eaten in combination with water improve bowel movements.

Yay bananas.

 

The disadvantages:
  • Bananas are high in sugar so may not suit those with diabetes
  • may result in cavities
  • since the diet allows you to eat all you want … those without self control would probably gain weight
 
 

This diet plan has worked wonderflly for me, but I've also implemented daily exercise to counter the small amounts of junk food I consume.

Chapter 1: I have a mom who is very strict to the kind of diet that she will let me do. Like I am only allowed to do the dinner part of the diet that she is doing which is basically protein and a salad. Is there any advise as to how I can still loose the weight?

Chapter 1: Careful, because ripe bananas and water equal constipation. Eat bananas with brown peels because they are sweeter and healthier with water and without water for you.
