Luhan was greeted by the sweet scent of morning and cold air damping his skin, he nudged Sehun when he'd seen that the sun is gonna rise in thirty minutes

"Sehun-ah.... wake up, we gotta keep going"Luhan tried to wake up Sehun

"5 more minutes eomma"Sehun said not really realizing he's not home where his mother was

Luhan could only chuckle at Sehun's cuteness, "Sehun-ah,I'm not your mother, and there is no 5 more minutes ok? We're in the middle of a forest"

Sehun shot up at once and Luhan laughed more

"Why didn't you say so hyung?"Sehun whined

"Because you're cute, come on, we need to get going"Luhan stand up and assist his dongsaeng

They got up and continue walking, where Sehun keep on yawning time to time

"have you been awake Sehun? you keep yawning"Luhan sounded disturbed when Sehun let another yawn escape his lips

"mianhe hyung, I can't sleep last night.... I felt afraid..."Sehun looked weak for a moment

Luhan just wraped his arms around the younger's shoulders, hoping it would comfort him

He too, felt scared, felt lost, but he couldn't do something about it

He couldn't even help himself, so he felt foolish thinking about running away with this kid, so foolish

I wish I could find a home for us, living in this forest

"hyung" Sehun called to Luhan when a white cabin came to their view

Luhan haven't notice it so he just keep thinking to himself, "hyung!"Sehun shouted to call Luhan's attention, "wae?"

Sehun could only jump up and down while pointing to the cabin, "oh my gosh!"Luhan shriek in excitement and pulled Sehun up near the cabin

They neared the cabin and checked, "there's no one here hyung, it seems abandoned"Sehun quoted

"yeah! we could stay here for the meantime! and one more, this is just 10 minuted walk away to the city!"Luhan jumped around in their newfound house, thinking that his prayers have been answered

They began fixing the old house, but it was a little hard since it was pretty messy, it was like the house has not been lived on for about 10 years until then

"Sehunnie! I've found some kitchen tools here! Do you know how to cook?"Luhan called from the kitchen

"neh hyung! I can manage survival foods, but I can't promise you fancy foods"Sehun yelled back

"that's fine, later hunnie, after cleaning, you are coming with me and I'm gonna find a job okay?"Luhan informed Sehun while wiping his hands after cleaning the kitchen tools

"okay hyung, I would also buy foods for the meantime"Sehun smiled

Luhan smiled back, he really hopes everything would go smoothly

“okay, you only reached second year college, but you are already 19, so it won’t  be a problem in  hiring you, so, I guess you can start tomorrow?” the young employer smiled at Luhan

Luhan smiled and bowed at his employer, “kam-kamsahamnida, I’ll do my best at work!” he bowed once again before heading outside where his dongsaeng, Sehun is waiting patiently

Luhan faked his grim, “Sehun-ah” he called the younger

Sehun smiled at him, nervousness obvious from his reeking sweat, “hyung? How did it go?” he asked

“I have good news and bad news” Luhan faked again

“bad news first, let’s save the good for the last” Sehun said

“okay, the bad news is you’re gonna be alone back home for 8 hours straight, and the good news is…… it’s because I got the job!!!!” Luhan hugged Sehun out of happiness

Sehun was shocked, he realized his hyung have been playing him tricks

“Jinjja hyung??!! That’s great!!”Sehun hugged Luhan back

“come on, we still need to buy supplies for the mean time, and of course, change our looks” Luhan pulled Sehun

“hyung, don’t pick that, it doesn’t suits you, pick blonde” Sehun suggested at his hyung

“okay, not red, ‘bout you? What color did you chose?” Luhan asked Sehun

“Caramel” Sehun replied shortly before giving his choice to Luhan to be paid

They have been out to the town to grab supplies and they have just brought hair color to change their identities, I mean physical appearance

They have been walking along the road when Luhan have caught sight of cute looking couple bracelets

“hunnie, wait a minute, let’s take a look over there” Luhan pulled Sehun again

“hyung~ you’ve been pulling me since morning~” Sehun pouted at Luhan

Luhan could only rolled his eyes at the cute sight, “come on, you’ll get used to it”

Luhan eyed all the bracelets and find the best one, “just some cents mister, and you’ll get it with its|}| partner” the ahjumma told him

Luhan smiled and find the best once again, when a bracelet caught his eye, “how much is this ahju-ahjumma?”he asked

The lady looked at the bracelet and smiled tenderly, “just five cents” she replied.

Luhan paid for it, but before he leave, the lady t told him something about the bracelet, “you made a promise to your partner that no matter happens, it won’t be broken” Luhan  only smile to her before heading away

“what did you buy hyung?” Sehun asks, but Luhan didn’t answer his question, instead, he pulled the younger’s wrist and tie there the beautiful bracelet he have brought

“let us promise that no matter what happens, we won’t leave each other’s side, today, tomorrow, and always” Luhan smiled and holding up his pinky

Sehun intertwined his pinky to Luhan’s before saying, “I promise”

I hope you both may live to your promises, I hope disasters won’t let you apart

Luhan smiled then wrapped his arms around the younger before they went back home

“hyung? What do you want for dinner? I can cook bibimbap” Sehun suggested for dinner

“we’ll go with that” was all Luhan can say because he doesn’t even have a clue what is bibimbap

“hyung, if all of this disaster is done already, will you forget about me?” Sehun asked out of nowhere

He was scared that Luhan might leave him after all of this, because Luhan is his only friend, and losing him is like losing a piece of Sehun’s heart

“of course not, and I would never leave you, ever, I’ve promised right?” Luhan held up his bracelet

Sehun hungs his head, “but promises are made to be broken right?”

Luhan stopped walking and face the younger, “Sehunnie? I wouldn’t, I would never ever break my promise to you, we may not have been together for a long time, but I promise, and I will do it, I would stay by your side forever” he hugged the younger

Sehun hugged back his hyung, he really hoped that what his hyung says is true, that he will never leave him

“why do you seem so doubtful about everything? You even doubted me” Luhan asked beneath him

“because no one takes me seriously, they broke their promises, they broke me, and I don’t want that to happen again, I don’t want, it hurts, it hurts so much, and it would hurt much more if you’re the one who would cause that pain to me, if you’re the one who would break me” Sehun shakes while explaining

He have been betrayed many times, been hurt many times, he’s not yet willing to take the risk, but with Luhan, it seems like he’s ready to trust again, he doesn’t know why, but there’s something in this Chinese boy that’s been pulling him nearer

Luhan hugged him tighter, it was lucky they were already on the forest to their cabin, or else they would get unwanted reactions, but even so, Luhan couldn’t care less, all he knows and wants is he need to show Sehun compassion and love

“Don’t mind what people said about you, I know you are hurt by their words, but I know this thing, I’m here and I’ll save you” Luhan looked right into Sehun’s eyes while he is saying those things

“You’re my savior” Sehun muttered before burying his face again to the older’s hair

Luhan smiled at the words, yeah, he’ll save Sehun no matter what

“come on, the sunset is near and you still need to cook”Luhan reminded him before pulling him apart

Sehun smiled before pulling Luhan to their new home, a home where they will start a new life, where they’ll find new love, and most of all, where they’ll prove their love
