the next day, you met up with yoseob first before meeting with sungyeol.

"hey, whats up?" he asked casually as he opened his door for you.

"erm... Yoseob? i think... i think... we should br-" you stuttered as you looked at your feet.

"lets break up." he sighed.

you looked up shocked.

"you wanna break with me, right?" he asked you.

"seob, I-"

"i know you didnt really like me. the way you look at sungyeol is the way i look at you. its just that you didnt realise your true feelings for him yet since you guys were best friends since forever." he explained.

you didnt know how to react except to hug him. "thanks for breakng up with me. and im sorry if i hurt you." you said softly.

he hugged you back. "i'm gonna miss hugging you like this." he chuckled.

you laughed and broke the hug.

"hey, we're still friends! we can still hang out like before!" you told him.

he just smiled. "yeah sure. dont you have to go somewhere else?"

"oh right!! wait, how did you know?"

"guy's instinct? now go, you wouldn't wanna be late, would you?"

*Yoseob is such a great guy. he'll meet someone better than me soon.* you thought.

you gave him one last hug and thanked him before running off to the cafe.
