Fish Out of Water
Description
A fish out of water - someone who is uncomfortable in a particular situation.
A fish’s natural habitat is in the water; it’s where they are most comfortable. However, if you remove a fish from that environment and drop it onto land, what happens? Well, they flop and wiggle around as they desperately try to find their way back to the water. Fish are completely out of their element anywhere else but water and to remove a fish from water is like taking away oxygen from the air.
Have you ever taken chances? Have you ever done something that scared the absolute crap out of you?
If not, you've obviously never been out of your comfort zone.
Life is all about taking chances and taking risks. You only live once so don't be afraid to take an unfamiliar route. Take the risk and conquer your fear. For all you know, it could lead you to the best place.
Foreword
"I'm not very good with people."
Cho Hwayoung has social anxiety disorder. She gets panic attacks when meeting new people and hardly ever leaves the house, except for school. In school, she doesn't make eye contact with anyone and her nickname is "Whack Job Hwa". Her poor social communication skills explains her lack of friends. She's unpopular, lonely and only has one friend. She spends most of her time hanging out with her one and only friend Elvis... Who is a goldfish.
"I'm not scared of anything. Except for fishes. God, I hate them."
Byun Baekhyun has an unusual phobia. He's scared of fish. Dead or alive, he's afraid of the aquatic creatures. He refuses to set foot in a sushi restaurant and would do anything humanly possible to escape the marine monsters. He's good looking, funny and charming which makes him popular with the ladies at school. Ironically, he's a strong swimmer and is the vice-captain of the school's swim team.
