Forever and Always : A Promise
The next day, Sehun were the first to wake up and showered. The other members slept in because they were still tired of the schedules they had went through yet Sehun is energized because he knows Aira is at home and he would be able to meet her. He manages to walk inside a cupcake store without getting noticed and bought 6 cupcakes to give to Aira; he had missed her too much for his liking.
The guard opened the door for him and bowed with a smile; Sehun did the same in return and his lips were spread into a wide grin. He couldn’t believe he could be this happy just by getting to see her, it was abnormal but then again… Aira had made him this way. He saw Mr.Jang had already prepared the car and to his surprise; the front door swung open and Aira came out as she walks towards the car. Sehun’s brows pinched together; where is she going?
“Aira!” he called out
Aira’s eyes flashed a hint of surprise as she looks at him “Sehun.” she said in a low voice as she regained her blank expression which Sehun finds quite weird
He jogged towards her and Mr.Jang left the two for a private talk “Where are you going?”
She looks at the car and back at him “Out.” she said curtly
“Obviously anyone can tell, as in where?”
“My parents called me to attend a certain lunch.”
Did he hear things right? Is this how she reacts when she first saw him after a month of not seeing each other? Two weeks of not contacting? This? Sure, he didn’t blame her for being called in by her parents but why wasn’t she reacted as if she missed him or haven’t seen him which seemed like forever; at least to Sehun.
He gave an almost inaudible scoff “It’s been a long time.”
Aira’s jaw tightened “Yes, it is. But I have to go, they’re expecting me to arrive soon.”
“I…” his hand looks down to the box he’s holding “I brought these.” he held it towards her
Her eyes fell on the box and back at him “I’m sorry for your trouble but you can have them. I’m going out for lunch with my parents later anyway.”
