11) inform us before 24-hour after requeting, if ever cancelling a request.
12) do not request if you've already requested on another shop. (it's disrespectful, really.)
13) please privide proper hq pictures if requesting. we do have the right to change the given pictures if it;s hard to work with.
14) there is no password. none.
15) use the provided graphics for at least a month.
16) if you ever fail to follow the rules, blacklist will always be open!
