Sunggyu was coming home today. 

You were excited to see your brother as he hadn’t been home for quite awhile.

You got ready the food that you specially prepared for him. There was such a wide spread of food for him as you wanted to give him a nice treat.

The bell rang you opened it excitedly to find that sunggyu standing with his girlfriend.

”_______ ah! I missed you!” He said as he enveloped you into a tight heart.

You forced a smile out as you hugged him back, it was good to have him home, but you were expecting one to one time with him.

“I hope you don’t mind” he said pulling his girlfriend in the house.

His girlfriend smiled sweetly at you as sunggyu pulled her in. But you couldn’t help but feel a little jealous.

“Wah there’s so much food! Let’s eat!” Sunggyu exclaimed smiling as he pulled his girlfriend next to him.

You couldn’t help but agree that they fitted so well together, but you wanted your brother all to yourself.

Sunggyu picked up the food from the plate and sweetly placed into his girlfriend’s mouth, putting his hand below , being so careful and thoughtful.

As time passed by, you couldn’t help but feel slightly hurt as they smiled and fed each other, as if though they were ignoring your existence.

Then, you couldn’t take it anymore as tears threatened to spill out from your eyes, you stood up and muttered “I’m full, enjoy your meal!”. You quickly made your way to your room closing the door shut.

Your tears began to fall, as you wondered if sunggyu’s heart even had a place for you. You knew that he would one day fall in love with another girl, but you never knew that it would hurt so much.

You pressed your face onto the pillow as you whimpered softly.

A few minutes passed, and you heard a knock on your door.

”____” you heard your brother call.

You ignored him and pretended to be asleep, as the door creaked open.

You could feel his weight as he sat on your bed. He gently patted your head as he thought you were sleeping.

”_____ ah, I know you’re upset, and jealous. But you know she’s my girlfriend and I have to spend time with her too.” He said

You cringed when he mentioned her, still unable to accept the fact that she was part of sunggyu’s life.

“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have neglected you. You will forever be my dongsaeng. You will forever my favourite sister.” He said genuinely as he your hair.

You softened when you heard those words as you knew he didn’t mean to neglect you either.

“Sunggyu oppa, I’m sorry I love you.” You turned around and hugged him tight.

Nodding his head, he smiled and hugged you tighter. “I love you too” he replied.
