Ch. 1 - The Beginning

The Biggest Crime Was Loving You

In a peaceful little town where laughter filled the place, lived a lonely pale little girl that could do nothing but sigh for the emptiness she felt.  She used to be like the free spirited children laughing and joking around like nothing else mattered, but it all changed for her.  Not too long ago, there was once a complete family, a Father, a Mother and even a dog named Ginger, but lost it all due to a tragic accident that was never meant to happen.  Nothing but loneliness and darkness enveloped her as she remained seated by the broken windowsill, staring out into the darkened sky filled with colors of dark orange and rosy pink that hovered over her little house.  She sighed, for what seems like the millionth time that night and remained seated by her lonesome self envying the happy children playing outside.

A lonely tear slid down from the corner of her eye as she heard loud footsteps outside her door.  She lifelessly wiped away the teardrop as a familiar pungent fragrance caught her attention.  She turned her head towards the door, bent down a bit and focused her eyes on the crack of the door as she saw the shadow come closer to her room.  She squeaked from panic but quickly covered in fear with her tiny hands praying hard that the person outside didn’t hear her.  Before she can give them the chance of catching her, she quickly jumped off of the chair she was on and ran cautiously towards her tiny white bed that was located in the middle of her cramped room.  As she heard the footsteps stop right outside her room, she hurriedly jumped on top of her bed, pulled the covers over her small body and snuggled in between the sheets before closing her eyes tightly.  She pretended to be in a deep sleep as she heard the door creak open with footsteps getting closer to her.

She heard a loud sigh as the person stopped in their tracks.  She remained closed eyes as she heard her caretaker speak quietly, “What a pity and a waste.  She is such a pretty little thing and could have had such a bright future ahead of her.  Too bad she has such a cursed life that I don’t want any part of.  With her Mother’s beauty and her Father’s intelligence, she would have been my bread winner.  What a shame.”  With her final remarks, the caretaker slowly turned around and walked back out towards the hallway.  She turned her head towards the little girl again and shook her head with pity before closing the door behind her.  Once the door was closed shut, she closed her eyes and whispered to no one in particular, “Hopefully you’ll break the curse you have bestowed upon yourself and find some kind of happiness.  Too bad that won’t happen.  Look at where it’s gotten your parents.  Thank goodness I was able to get rid of you before it was too late for me as well.”  She heaved out a heavy sigh as she thought about her sister and her brother-in-law.  She looked up towards the ceiling as she glared at the cream colored plaster, “Why did you have to give birth to another child like yourself?  Why didn’t you get rid of her when you had the chance or tamed her enough to be civil and normal?”  She shook her head in dismay and sighed as she made her way down the narrow hallway into her own room.

The little girl blinked her eyes open once she heard the door click shut.  Everything she heard made her cringe as she thought about the words that her Aunt spoke about.  What was the curse and why shouldn’t she have been born?  Was she that much of a burden that she shouldn’t have been alive right now?  Her care-takers words ran through her mind and she couldn’t help but begin to pity herself.  She hated herself for she was a weak and fragile girl, but what she hated the most was the fact that people thought so as well.  To prevent anyone from hearing such a weak soul, she quickly placed both of her hands over determined to stifle the loud sobs that were about to come out of .  But as strong-willed as she was, she couldn’t help but release the tears she forced back from flowing out of her pretty little sad eyes as she looked at the doors longingly.

Her silenced sobs began to get heavier as it caused her to severely hiccup.  She hated the way her Aunt looked at her as well as the rest of the town.  Every night was like deja vu.  She would always sit by the windowsill while she watched little kids around her age run around freely as she pities herself and what her life has become.  Her life was over before it even began.  She didn’t understand why no one wanted to be around her?  Was she that much of a threat that caused everyone to run the opposite direction?  Was she not capable of being loved because of the accident that happened?  She couldn’t even remember what happened the night that her parents died.

She used to be filled with so much color, so much life, but everything was drained from her as she lost her family.  She was constantly reminded of why she was alone and felt it every night as she would have the same nightmare reminding her of her sin that she couldn’t recall doing.  She would wake up covered in her own sweat as this reoccurring dream taunts her of the cruel reality that she lives in.  It was her fault she was alone.  It was her fault her parents are dead.  It was her fault that her aunt, who is her Mother’s half-sister, just sold her to a house that had no dreams.  But, everything was a blur to her.  She does not remember being the cause of her parent’s death or how it happened.  All she knows now is that she is alone and it was all her fault.

She cried harder as she remembered that today was her last day in the house that she lived in for the past year as well as her last night living in a place that held memories of her parents.  After tonight, she will be moving out with her new caretaker as the old one, her mother’s half-sister, said it was too much money trying to raise a child with a cursed fate.  Her Aunt hated her mother and was only willing to take her in due to the Will that was left behind and the future that she would have lived, if only she was not cursed.  Of course, the little girl saw little or nothing of that Will and only tried to live the life she once had.  Never in her entire life will she know how precious the supposed curse was to her.  It was not a curse, but was more of a gift that was left behind from her loving parents if used for the correct reason and not for the evil desires of sick twisted people.

Hello Friends, Subscribers and Readers. Here is a new Story, and of course it's with Taeyeon and SNSD, but I need a Male Protagonist and a Male Antagonist. So I want to use two males that are going to be the love interest of Taeyeon that I have not used before. I think from previous comments from my other stories, I know that Top was a thumbs up and I think Kris from Exo? But let me know whether this story is interesting enough for me to write as well as an idea of who my two main guy characters are. Thanks and I will try to finish my other story as well. - Peace
