Chapter 01

Haneul was waiting for the school bell to ring. She was sitting on her chair, doodling some words and cartoons on the back of her notebook. 

She looked at her watch, 10 minutes left *sigh*

Suddenly, the door opened, a "got-dragged-out-of-bed" looking Junhyung came in, eyes slightly closed.

He threw himself on his chair beside Haneul, layed his head on the desk then tried to sleep again. (A/N: Beautiful MV)

Haneul chuckled, looking at Junhyung.

"Good morning Joker~" she sang, but there was no answer from him. His eyes were still closed

"I said, Good Morning!" she repeated

This time Junhyung tried opening his tired eyes, "W-what?"

"Nevermind!" Haneul rolled her eyes, crossing her arms

Junhyung smiled, "She's so cute" he thought to himself

He got up, got closer to Haneul then gave her a back hug

"Im sorry..." he whispered, earning a smile from Haneul

"Good Morning, too" he hugged tighter

Finally, the school bell rang. Junhyung released Haneul and returned to his seat.

AFTER SCHOOL ;)

Everyone is now rushing out of the door, excited to go home or just get out of school. Haneul is still fixing her bag, putting in her notebooks and pen. Junhyung was still seating on his chair, waiting for Haneul.

"Done!" Haneul zipped up her bag, "Let's go!"

Junhyung stood up, took Haneul's hand and interwined it with his

"What are you doing?" Haneul asked, looking at their hands

"Nothing, Let's go" Junhyung said, leading the way out of the room

While walking home, Haneul asked something, something about a topic Junhyung doesn't want to hear

"Do you think Gikwang is single?"

He just shrugged, acting like he didn't care

"I wish he isn't..." Junhyung mumbled

Haneul sighed, " I know you don't want him for me, but I really like him oppa...I wish you'd understand that"

Junhyung suddenly stopped walking then he faced Haneu,l holding onto her shoulders, " Look, I don't want him for you because...because, I don't want you to get hurt. Many girls like him, too. He's the most popular guy in school. One day you'll just find out he's already dating someone. I know that will hurt you so much, I don't want that...I hope you'd understand, too..."

Haneul lowered her head then nodded, "I'm sorry, oppa"

"It's ok, now let's go home..." he gave her a quick hug, then they continued walking

At Haneul's house, Junhyung stayed in for a bit because it was raining

They were both watching TV in her room

"Want some?" Haneul offered him some chips

"Ani, By the way..." he started, "Prom is in 2 weeks right?"

"Yup!" Haneul nodded

"W-who's your partner?" Junhyung nervously asked,

"Hmm, I'm thinking about asking Gikwang..."

"Mwo?!" Junhyung's eyes widened, "He should be the one asking you! Your the girl! You deserve a much better partner..."

Haneul chuckled, "Like who? You?"

"Who else?" he winked

"Then it's settled!" Haneul said, "Your my partner!"

"It's better that I'm your partner...So I can still protect you, I doubt Gikwang can do that" he proudly said, crossing his arms, acting cool

"What if he can?" Haneul jokingly asked

"Then I do it better!" Junhyung answered

Haneul smiled, knowing Junhyung is always there for her everytime. She's grateful to have him as a bestfriend
