the guidelines~

Number 1. Able to use any pictures, but it may vary.

Number 2. STOCKS refers to images that fill up the space within the graphics.

Number 3. Please let us know if we can use our own images if we cannot work with yours.

Number 4. Please use the form, located under the "the shop's directory" titled as "graphic form".

Number 5. Crediting is optional, but if you like, then just the designer's username and linking back to the shop.

Number 6. If you do not like the graphic, then you are allowed to not use it, at all.

Number 7. You are allowed to ask for a re-do more than once, twice, etc. [this will depend on the graphic artist themselves, though]

Number 8. You are allowed to request for more than one thing at a time. [but not too much as to not overload the designer's mind]

Number 9. Please do not hotlink! We would prefer if you would upload to your own host! (i.e; photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc) [it is because you will have the image save if PC happens to delete it or something happens to the graphic itself]

Number 10. STYLE refers to the kind of graphic that you would like to request for. [or in general, a description of the kind you would like]

Number 11. We're pretty fast workers, but it may vary request to request.

Number 12. We may skip around in the requests, but we will eventually complete all requests! [if there's a lot, lol, but each designer will have something to do, so don't worry]

Number 13. If there's a graphic that you want similar or something, than please fill it in the EXTRA bit. [we can try to imitate for your pleasure, but not copy as that is still.... not nice]

Number 14. We will contact you once your request is finished.

Number 15. Please cancel your request ASAP so that we don't end up making something that won't be needed. [but if it's too late, then it's just adds to our own portfolio for future reference]

Number 16. Honestly... Picturesque Clubhouse is really lenient, so just do your best. =] [we won't get mad ^-^]

Number 17. You are able to request from us the same kind of request if you made a request at another shop. [as long as it doesn't break their rules, because each shop is different]

Number 18. Subscribe if you like, upvote if you like, comment if you like, request if you like, share and spread the love if you like, we won't hold anything against you. =]
