We’re just talking. Nothing serious, just a conversation about god knows what. Then he his lips. Maybe it’s unintentional but our bodies lean closer to each other. Our words fading, as my hand holds his cheek bringing him closer to me. 

A tinge of pink cross his face, leaving me to smile. His lips part, trying to say something but he doesn’t. Like his words are trapped in a trance, but he looks amazing. Our eyes stare into one another. I’m not sure what he’s thinking, but at this moment, all I see is someone beautiful. I’ve just never told him. 

I have never told him how much I love it when he looks like this. Maybe he’ll never know this, but the look in his eyes when he’s confused is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever see. It’s not because he looks hotter, but because he looks so unsure when he shouldn’t. He’s unsure of our relationship. I can see that. 

What will happen if somebody found out? What will we become if somebody found out? The thought scares me, when he gives these eyes that tell me this, but then I remember, he will always be mine and I’ll always be his.

My eyes close, leaning in more, my lips pecking his nose, then cheek, and finally, his lips. It’s not rough, but sweet. I could tell he likes it the way he doesn’t push to kiss him harder. It’s rare we kiss so gentle, so I cherish the moments we do.
