Amber’s POV

 

It has been two and a half weeks  since Krystal and I had a friendly date thanks to Jjong, I got to spend time with her

I was about to go to my room when I heard the door open, I took a peak before entering my room. I saw Hyung

“Amber?”

I walked towards the stairway, looking confused

“Changed of plan, We leave on Saturday night”

I got surprised then look at the calendar, ‘No, It’s too fast’ I felt like my heart with explode

“You should buy a luggage and everything you need tomorrow, here”

He hands me money

“Remember we will stay there less than two years”

Head to his room passing me on the way leaving me dumbfounded

 

The next morning I woke up early to buy my bag for the travel, when I bump onto Krystal on my way to the mall

“Morning”

I tried to force myself to smile, she raised her brows

“Is something the matter Am?”

I felt like my heart was about to fell off my chest when she gave me the worried look ‘Damn it don’t show that face in front of me please’

“No-Nothing”

I look away. I got surprised when she held me face and make me face her. I felt like I was about to cry when I see her like that. We stare in each other’s eyes

“What’s wrong?”

“Nothing”

“No, I can see there’s something wrong”

Her sentence caught me off guard; I gave her a smile then slowly pulls her hand down

“Nothing’s wrong, trust me Princess”

She then nods softly

“Where are you heading?”

“I was just going for a stroll, you?”

“Hyung wanted me to be buy some suitcase since he doesn’t want me to cram”

I was silent for a minute

“Can I come?”

She caught me off guard and made me blink twice

“If that’s alright with you, why not”

I gave her my dorky smile and setting aside the problem just to enjoy this little date

 

 

Before buying the necessary items, I took Krystal first to a restaurant to eat breakfast. We talk about random things and some laugh here and there.

“Hey”

She call my attention

“Hmm?”

I raised my brows as I hum

“Do you really think I should date Taemin?”

I felt like my heart was about to fall from my chest and it was like thousand of needles was piercing it. I try to compose myself ‘You are better off with him than me princess’

“Well he is nic-“

“No, I want to know your feelings for me”

I got surprised when she stare straight into my eyes with sadness  ‘As much as I want to confess to you I need to hold back since I will only leave you and I don’t want to hurt you’

“can you wait for a while before I give you my answer?”

she got surprised and nods softly.

 

After buying the necessary things I send her home and from there we have been avoiding each other, at least I did. Until the last day before Hyung and I leave.

I was packing my things in my suitcase, making sure that everything is in place

“Hey”

I turn around to see Jjong who seldom go to my room and seldom go home because of his trainings and work

“Are you sick? Why are you home?”

He frowned then moved next to me the pat my shoulder

“Are you okay leaving her and not even telling your true feelings for her?”

I turn to him who has a sad expression; I looked away as I felt like he saw right through me

“Come on Bro I know you love Krystal, you don’t need to hide it”

“How do you know?”

I said still looking away

“Because I was in your shoes a while back remember? Hyung was the one who console me with Yoona”

I then remembered Jjong running aimlessly to find Yoona noona, he cried as he looks for her

“Don’t make the same mistake I did Bro, I don’t want you to feel what I felt. Go get her”

After hearing that sentence I quickly ran towards Krystal’s house even though it was just the opposite of mine I still ran

 

I knock on their door when it opened I saw Sica noona

“Is Krystal there?”

She was surprised

“She left a while ago... with Taemin”

My heart was about to burst open
“Ca-“

She then cut me

“They went to the mall..”

Before she caught finished her sentenced I ran towards the mall aimlessly. I then tried to call her but she wouldn’t pick up. I ended up on the park instead, grieving

“Amber?”

I heard I familiar voice I turn to her before I knew it I hugged her tightly

“What’s wrong Amber?”

I stayed silent as I hugged like no tomorrow I then felt a pair of hands wrap around me

 

I shouldn't love you but i want to
I just can't turn away
I shouldn't see you but i can't move
I can't look away
 

I then separate from her as I sing her a song

And i dont know how to be fine when i'm not
Cause i don't know how to make the feelings stop
 

I then grab her land and let her sit as I kneel down in front of her

Just so you know
This feelings takin control

I wont sit around
I can't let him win now
Though you should know
I've tried my best to let go of you
But i don't want to
I just gutta say it all before you go
Just so you know
 

She then starts to cry making feel pain in my chest

It's getting hard to
Be around you
There’s so much i can't say
And do you want me to hide the feelings
And look away

And i dont know how to be fine when i'm not
Cause i don't know how to make the feelings stop
 

My vision started to get blurry as tears form

Just so you know
This feelings takin control
Of me and i can't help it

I've tried my best to let go of you
But i don't want to

I squeezed her hand tightly and she responds the same

This emptiness is killin me
I'm wondering why I’ve waited so long
Looking back i realize it was always there to be spoken
Now i'm waiting here
Been waiting here
 

I then kiss her hand

Just so you know
This feelings takin control
Of me and i can't help it
I won’t sit around
I can't let him win now
Though you should know
I've tried my best to let go of you
But i don't want to
I just gutta say it all before you go
Just so you know

 

Then lean closer to kiss her

“I love you Krystal Jung Soojung”

She hugged me as tight as she could

“Stupid! You don’t know how long I’ve been waiting!”

I hugged her tightly as I can and wished that we could just stop time and be like this forever

“I know princess, I know”

She placed her head on to my chest and we stayed there for who knows how long. I looked at her and I smile drew from my face when I saw her sleeping face

“Let’s get you home princess, and please wait for me”

I then carried her onto my back and went to her house then explained everything to noona, at first I thought she would get mad at me but she just let out a sweet smile. I then took my leave and went home and try to get some rest because tomorrow night is our flight

 

Krystal’s POV

 

When I woke up I was already in my room

“When did I get here?”

Then I remembered Amber singing to me and confessed to me.

“Soojung?”

I heard unnie on the other side of the door

“Yeah?”

“Breakfast’s ready”

“I’ll be right there”

I heard footstep walking away. I went to my bathroom and fix myself then head to the dining room. Like I usually do the only thing that changed is that Amber and I have mutual feelings for each other.

 

When I got to school he wasn’t there yet so I gave him a text

 

To: Amber

 

Where are you? Are you going to be late?

 

I wait for his message then I noticed my phone vibrated

 

From: Amber

 

Sorry princess I got a massive headache and Hyung told me to stay home for today, to make it up to you let’s go on a date tonight, what do you say? :)

 

I felt worried as well as happy since he always thinks of me

 

To: Amber

 

Just take care of yourself from now on okay? And alright I will accept it, see you later Amber

 

I then focus on the lesson. After class I hang out with Luna and Sulli for a while since the said date was 7 I told unnie that i won’t be home until around 8 and to my surprised she agreed

 

When it was I was already went to the designated place where he said and wait for him there. I was happily waiting for him then a figure appeared. I quickly ran towards him for a hug

“What took you so lo-“

I couldn’t finished my sentence when I saw who it was, it was Taemin

“Oppa what are you doing here?”

I asked him and he gave me a smile

“Amber told me that you wanted to see me here, so I quickly dashed here”

I got surprised that it was Amber who tricked us, I then quickly took my phone out and called him

“Is something the matter?”

I ignored him and wait for Amber’s answer but no avail ‘What’s wrong with you Amber!’

 

Taemin was comforting me when my phone rang and I saw Jonghyun Oppa was calling. I quickly answered it

“Hello?”

“Where are you Krystal?”

“Here with Taemin Oppa, Why?”

“Aish, Amber and Hyung will board the plane in an hour everyone’s here except you and Taemin”

I then looked at Taemin who gave me an apologetic smile. While another word I ran and call a cab then went to the airport leaving Taemin ‘What wrong with you Amber! Why would you do this to me!’

 

When I got there I saw Amber with Donghae Oppa, he was surprised for my sudden appearance

“Why?”

He stood up and walks towards me with a sad expression

“Why! Why would you lie!”

He then gave me a hug while everyone gave us some time alone

“It’s because I don’t want to hurt you”

“Then what are you doing right now? Are you hurting me right now!?”

He tightens his grip

“its better this way, trust me on this one princess”

“Amber we have to go now”

He tries to let go but I hugged him tight like if I let go of him, I could never again hold him like this

“Please princess”

He kisses me on the forehead that made me weak and tears start to fall. He then cups my face and wipes the tears with his thumb

 “Don’t cry, a princess should never show any weakness”

He lean closer and kissed me on the lips. He got away from my grip then Sulli and Luna came to my side to comfort me

“I’ll see you guys later”

He said with a smile before turning to me again and mouthed ‘I Love You’ then went towards  Donghae Oppa

“I WILL WAIT FOR YOUR RETURN! I WILL ALWAYS WAIT FOR YOU!”

He turns and gave his dorky smile to me before nodding

 

 

After two years had passed, we are now currently studying college. Sica Unnie got married to Yuri Oppa half a year ago and Nicole is now dating Key yeah weird right? Then Jonghyun Oppa is now engage to a girl name Yoona. I feel happy for them as jealous since my Amber hasn’t come home yet.

I was walking to my school when unnie called me and a guy was behind him with a suit

“Soojung come here for a minute”

I walk towards them

“Are you happy now?”

I raised a brow

“Why?”

She then reveals the guy who was behind her, I got surprised then my vision suddenly goes blurry because of the tears

“Hey”

I ran towards him for a hug, and he hugged me back. He then let go of me after a while then kneel on one knee making me confused

“Krystal Jung Soojung, My Princess will you marry me?”

I was stunned when he asked me that, I cried again

“YES, STUPID!”

He then placed the ring on my finger before kissing me

“Welcome back, Dork”

I said as I wipe my tears

“I’m home, princess”

He then kissed me on the forehead before I hugged him tightly

“I missed you Amber!”

“I missed you too, Krystal”
