In middle school, DoIl grows his hair out, because his father's minions all have cropped hair. Rebellion is also why he plays drums and never comes home and befriends Byunghee.
He meets Wookyung and likes how she doesn't let Jihyuk get away with anything.
Wookyun likes DoIl's hair. And rare smiles and hugs- everything really, but mostly his hair.
When he gets accepted into university though, Doil chops off his hair and stuffs his drumsticks in his bottom drawer. Wookyung mourns his hair but likes that he smiles more now, but DoIl likes knowing that he'll never become his father.
