The soft snores of her beloved become the first melody she hears that day. The warm sunlight that beams through the yellow curtain falls on the handsome face besides her. Her lips curl upwards at the sight of his silhouette upon the blindness of sun drops on him. He is blessed and so is she. She traces his sharp jawline in slow manner, enjoying the prickly sensation at her fingertips and she thought of suggesting a nice shave service for him when he woke up later. She brought the tip of her slender index finger to play with the long eyelashes he has, soft and enviable. She wants her eyelashes to be as beautiful as his too. ‘God’s not fair’ she mumbles under her breath.

She sways her navigation to the perfectly embroidered eyebrows. She makes a pacing motion and pat the hair slowly which earns a groan from him. She quickly pulls her hand and hides it besides her, closing her eyes in the process. After a few seconds of silence and making sure he still asleep with her half-opened eyes, she brings back her index finger to his sharp nose that complemented his facial structure. Oftentimes, she can’t help but to kiss the tip of his nose which then he gladly reply with heartily laugh showing his adorable crescent-moon eye smiles. Even David has to give it up for his godly-sculpted nose.
