It's a fairly simple code ---->    title="the text here"

You place them at the end of the text or image code, for example:

< img alt=" " src="IMGURL" style ="width:0px;height:0px;"​ title="text here" / > < / p >

you just basically put the simple ( title="xxx" ) just after the style code closes with the quotation "
