The boy enters the main office of the SMZ, which the security guards located at the gates have directed him to. There, sits a quaint, young receptionist behind the desk. She wears a beige uniform, like all of the other employees, and glances up at him. A bluetooth is perched on her ear and she twirls a pen between her fingers. "Hello, my name is Sunyoung. How can I help you today?" she asks, smiling. "Hi, Sunyoung. I'd like to apply as a zookeeper. I saw your help wanted sign and thought, that would be the best job ever," he replies. "Wow! Our first canditate," Sunyoung exclaims, and reaches below the desk and pulls up a stack of papers. She separates them into two stacks. He distinguishes between the two. One type of paper is mostly a big block of text, while the other has many blank spaces. Sunyoung hands the boy a sheet of paper with the big text. "Here are the guidelines for the caretaking of the animals. Please read them thoroughly. Obviously these are just the beginning instructions, sort of like an orientation." Then she picks up a clipboard, attaches one of the blank papers to it, and hands it to him. "Here is the application sheet.
