Section 302

Description

Lee Eunhyuk, Xi Luhan, Park Chanyeol and Kim Jonghyun have murdered their victims without any mercy. Each of them killed in a similar way - The number 302 were engraved on their victims' forehead. They also called the police and reported the murder themselves. When arrested, they gave themselves to the police, without a piece of clothing on. The true motive for every murder is very unclear. If you were to base with the human psychology, only crazy people would give themselves to the police.

Those cases weren't solved. Year 2020 - a lawyer, Kim Jongin participated in a secret project that was programmed by two psychiatrists with the objective to reveal the mystery behind the murder. However, it was sabotaged. The exchange of character occurs. Even worse... the past tragedy repeated. Even more horrifying than predicted!

Prologue

HE - KIM JONGIN got out of the car that had been parked in front of a modern-structured building. He let out a long sigh when he gazed at the building. Sure, he was a little nervous, but he had to be brave. Once again, he let out a long sigh. He adjusted himself, preparing to enter in confidence. He held his branded briefcase in a fashionable way. He had observe the case's facts. Ready to explore.

A man with neat-looking clothes welcomed Jongin.

"Thank you," replied Jonging with a smile.

"Mr. Kim, are you here because of 302?" The man questioned for confirmation.

"Section 302... Torture that bring the punishment of death." He explained.

"You look very confident." Praised the man who didn't introduce himself yet.

However, Jongin knew his name based on his name tag that was pinned neatly on the left side of his coat - Dr. Donghae.

"Why? Are you underestimating me?" Jongin was strict.

"Are you sure it was section 302?" The man tried tricking.

"Would I be here if I wasn't sure?" The question was answered with another question. The man scoffed but he succeeded hiding his smile behind it. His first perception about Jongin - arrogant and proud!

"So, you're underestimating me?" He asked once more.

"Hmm... Nope." A dishonest confession.

"Are you sure it was Section 302?" He asked again.

Almost immediately, Jongin's expression changed. He was flaring with anger. His feeling was obvious - he didn't like being underestimated! He was a sucessful lawyer. Excellent in many cases at court. The only case he hadn't have experience in is cases that are related with drugs. Which is why he believe in full confidence that he can pass this test that was challenging his skill as a lawyer.

"Alright, please follow me." The man seemed to understand the impact of the question being asked twice based on Jongin's serious expression. At that very same time, Jongin celebrated his victory of being able to shut the man up with a smile.

Foreword

Prologue II

HE - LEE JINKI - one of the high-ranked police in Incheon, was given the task to lead the case in solving a murder in the area. The body of the lady was found by an old man in his vegetable plantation. He, himself went to the place where it was found. Jinki noticed that the lady was already faceless, making it hard to figure out her identity. The lady was still wearing a gown that already decayed and was getting smellier. Her stomach had a hole and earthworms were exploring in it.

Jewellery such as necklaces and bracelets were still on the victim. A handbag filled with a little amount of cash was found nearby the body. However, the lady's identity card and license was missing. It couldn't have just disappeared like that. He presumed that those documents would most probably have been thrown or burned. This aspect made Jinki throw the motive of the killer wanting to rob the lady.

At the same time, he was following suspicious footprints around the plantation. Walking slowly while observing every inch of what he saw. The prints eventually faded due to the weather - sun and rain - or the murderer erased it to hide himself. No proof, no accusations and without the body, there would be no murder, but two factors were found and the next agenda is to find who the killer is.

Jinki observed the villagers who were standing outside the crime scene. Most of them were farmers who had their own plantation here in Incheon. He tried to match each of the villagers face with the character reaction of a murderer. But it was obvious that most of them looked old, honest and innocent. Some even had a scared expression.

"An evil person won't last long. The body will be examined by the forensics first, then the body will 'tell'... who was responsible for killing her." Jinki muttered. A horrible death was done by a human that was possessed by a demon but it didn't need any spell.
