Your Reflection
Description
The mirror self and the real self are two distinct people. To everyone around us, we look a certain way, but in the mirror, we see ourselves as someone else. In our minds, we see ourselves as the reverse of how we are perceived by the rest of the world. It begs the question of which person is the real version of us: Is it the person we see in our reflection that is real, or is the person that others see the real one? We see ourselves in a photograph and think, "that doesn't look like me at all," when we really had no idea that that is how we looked in the first place.
On which side of the mirror does your true self reside? Or are they both our true selves?
