Skinnier Legs

This chapter will teach and explain to you on how to achieve those lovely, slim legs.
EXERCISE! EXERCISE! I can't stress enough!
Many people ask themselves how to get skinner legs WITHOUT exercising. Let me tell you, that's pretty much...... impossible.
But. Don't worry, I'm not telling you to run thousands and thousands of non-stop laps.
In fact a simple daily routine will do. :)
I won't guaranteed that this will work but I'm doing this routine at the moment and all I can say is, so far so good ! :)
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is go and have a walk around the local park (for 30 minutes).
And on some days when I don't feel like going outside, I just jog 30-50 laps up and down my stairs.
Some things to remember!:
1. Don't sit for too long!
- When you're sitting on one place for too long, all the calories and fat goes down to your bottom and thighs. So, for every 2 hours that pass, stand up for 5-10 mintues and kick your legs for a couple of times.
- But, when you have to sit on one seat for 2+ hours (eg. When you're sitting for an exam) and you're not allowed to stand up; just wiggle and stretch your legs from under the table.
2. Go for a half an hour - 1 hour walk, 20-30 mins AFTER dinner.
- Don't walk too fast though, or it may give you a stitch :/
3. Limit your sugar and fat intake
- (Depending on your weight) For every 500 calories you put into your body, it will take you approximately 1 hour of continuous exercise to get rid of it.
4. Skipping / Swim / Dance
- Some other exercises may help you burn fat off your legs but I personally find that skipping / swimming / dancing is extra effective.
5. Don't Be Lazy and Believe In Yourself!
Warning:
If you are going to jog then make sure you STRETCH first. It is extremely important to stretch. I can't stress enough!
If you do not stretch, you may injure your muscles and /or cramps may occur. To prevent these: STRETCH :D
Do NOT do squats!
Many people say that squats are very helpful but this is NOT true.
It is a fact that doing squats will tighten your thigh and muslces and make it APPEAR a little more toned BUT it will not help you slim down.
So if you want your legs / thighs to look more TONED, then do squats. But if you want your legs / thighs to look thinner, then DON'T do squats. Simple :D
Don't force yourself! Especially if it's your first time!
