The endless winter, frozen Seoul

This was just another day... Me, walking, with his hand with his finger interlocking with mine in the same park.

Looked towards the sky; it was clouded, the shade of you all over
Struggling to endure one hellish minute

Handful of memories that can’t be discarded

That day, i took him with my arms, and threw him away from me... I threw him out my life, like he was nothing when he was everything.

I was so scared...

"Hey, YiXing" I said not looking at him on the eyes, but then turned and looked at his eyes.

"Let's break up" I said.

 

I was sure, maybe sooner or later, i was going to hurt him.

This is my first love. The first boy i kissed, touched, without this person, i have no reason to live in this world.

Or that was i thought.

 

It was hard for him to know that this was the end.

He chuckled "I told you, i don't like those games" He said looking to the front

The things between us were just... falling apart. They went from bad to worse.

At first, it seemed easy, i did all my plan. But the pain took my plans with a smirk on his face... and destroyed them.

"I'm not playing any game, i'm serious" I said as he stopped on his track, slowly i could feel how his hand was letting me go...

His fingers... they were cold... they were letting go mine until i feel that he hold my hand tightly.

"What are you saying, i swear Mei... Stop it"  He said as he pulled me closer, between sobds, he took my hands, he had more strenght than me

So the only thing i could do was keep silence and listen.

My wrist was hurting so much that i reacted...

"I'm sick, i'm sick of this! I'm tired. You can't make me happy, Okay? I need someone nicer, someone who can understand me, someone who have time for me, someone patient, someone who cares about me"

When i thought he understood, without looking back or looking at his words, he asked.

"Who's it?"

"There's no one... I need someone else, not you"

I need someone who accept me the way i am.

"You...you really want to break up, Mei?" He said

 

"Yes, that's what i want"

He hugged me so tightly, i could hear his heart beating, his breathe going faster, his tears falling, the entire place was full of his sobs.

I only could hear tons of words, it was hard to listen to.

"If i can't save you from the fall, i'm going to fall with you"

The thing i liked the most was his laugh... That silly and loud laugh, that made his eyes disappear, that made my fears disappear.

That big smile, the one that makes his dimples show... That smile that shined more than the sun.

Being just by his side, i couldn't help but smile too.

But... Lately, he never laughed as he used to. He just laughed for commitment, but that's not a honest laugh.

Look, you're doing a effort.

He started to treat me like something that will break, like something really delicate... He was scared to get close, he didn't know how to anymore, and that hurt me... it was too painful to watch.

It's even more painful than being alone

"Don't say that you're going to fall with me, i'm not going to allow it. We've reached our limit. It's time to let go" I said as i pushed him away from me...

It was the only thing i could say... with lumps in my troath.

Righ, Without me, now you can be strong Yixing...

The only thing i could see on his face was sympathy, it never went to be love.

"YiXing, here's Mei... She's the daughter of a friend of mine... The one who died... Remember? She is left alone, so i'm going to take care of her... You will help me, right?" The mom of Yixing said to him, then a little boy appear to get closer the little girl who had her face looking at the ground, still crying

"Hello Mei, i'm Yixing... I'm here okay? I'll never leave you! I promise" Her mom giggled to her little son.

For the one who thoughts that it was just a kids promise, it wasn't... It was a honest and sincere promise that Yixing had be keeping all this time. Now we weren't kids anymore...

"Mei~~ Mei!" Yixing were looking for mei in his middle school uniform. It was their last day on middle school, they were ready to go to highschool, then he found the Mei girl in the swings by her own, Mei always have been a quiet girl... Doesn't talk to much and is a bit closed... But always that yixing was near, she turned in this really cute a lively girl

"Yixing" She said getting up from the swing but tripping with some rock

"Mei!" Yixing went running to her helping her to got up

"Are you okay?" He said looking at her knee

"Yes, is just a little bruise, hehe, i'm a bit clumsy" The girl said rubbing the back of her neck with those two pink cheeks

"Hello there, tomato!" Yixing said poking her nose, She noticed and tried to hide her face and the place that she found was the shoulder of Yixing

"Don't do that" She said hitting his chest

Yixing couldn't help but blush too, then she looked up and with open with a shape of an 'o'

"Hello there, tomato" She said smiling widely.

Then out of nowhere, the girl and the guy experienced something sweet.

something that will make them happy...

their first kiss.

Now the two tomatos were helding hands going home

The girl couldn't help but never stop gliggling.

They were walking passing the park.

"uh muh.... Mei" Yixing said...

"Yeah?" The girl looked up to Yixing

"Wait here" He said as he ran to who knows where

The girl waiting then a chocolate ice cream with a heart on it appear in front of her face

"Do you wanna be my girlfriend?"

The girl smiled and nodded

I smiled once again... And looked at the sky

Then looked at him...

"Yixing, promise me something, i know you keep your promises, and when i said "go" you will go without saying anything, okay?" I said looking at him with a sweet smile, he nodded

"Go and show the world the talented you are, Sing, Shine..." I  said as tears started to scape from my face

On your mark, get set, and go

"Go" I said...

I could see his silhouette running, disappearing from my gaze...

I smiled

 

I only wished his happiness. And now was the time to make that happen.

 

"Mei!!" One of my roommates said to me as i stopped writing...

"What?" I said to her when she was nearing with a laptop on her hands.

"Look look" She said handing me her laptop

"Oh no another of your boy bands, please, Xiao, you know i don't like them" I said as i refuse her

"You're going to regret it if you don't~" She said singing going out of the room

"Okay let's give it a chance" I said

"Yay!" She took sit beside me and put the video...

I smiled...

"Yixing, you can dance too?" I mumbled

"What did you say? I couldn't get u" She said looking at me

"What's with that smile? You like one of them!?" She said getting all excited

"Mmmm, Maybe, show me more about Exo" I said as she started to show me everything with a smile.

 

It worth it. I don't regret... Anything... But
