i waited for her that cold winter day

my soon to be wife whom i loved right away

though i didn't know yet who it'll be

i wouldn't have wanted anyone else but she

when she walked in i smiled so much

and had my friends meet her to test my luck

when she chose me as an ideal guy

i swore right then i could've died

from then on we lived everyday

falling for eachother in every way

the happiest day of my life came

when our birthdays passed and we were never the same

i was writing a song and all that was in my head

was that lovely girl so i wrote of us instead

she sang that song for me but can't look me in the eye

she was so cute like that when she's shy
