My dad just recently opened a bowling centre in Seoul and he expects me to run the business while he plays at his bowling lane that is situated at the very end and corner of the whole bowling centre. Normally he’d played alone or sometimes accompanied by my mom and my brother. I wished to join them in their own world of bowling but the problem is I can’t play AT ALL!!!Which totally , I mean even my grandparents play better than me.  You can say I’m better in bowling if you compare me with my pet dog, Youko (which means fox demon in Japanese) which completely !!! Not to mention even my friends can play better than me even though some of them have NEVER hold a bowling ball before!!!

Well, it’s been a month since this bowling centre has opened and we’re having a promotion and it’s crowded because there is a competition going on and my dad is one of the participant, I mean he should at least help me since we’re short of staffs!!!This isn’t fair at ALL!!!Suddenly, 5 mysterious male species came and I was on the phone with my grandma

“Grandma what do you mean that Youko is not eating, what are you feeding him???” I yelled

“How am I supposed to know??? Your grandpa bought fruits and he asked me to blend it with Tuna for Youko to eat!!” said my grandma

“Grandma, you’re not supposed to feed a dog fruits and Tuna!!!Feed him proper dog food!!!” I yelled, well because the background is noisy.

“But we ran out of dog food!!!” whined my grandma

“Feed him rice and meat!!!I’ll get some dog food once I get home okay??? And I’m busy, I’ll check up on Youko later!!!BYE” I said and after my grandma said bye, I hang up the call. Aish, my grandma and grandpa…

“Excuse me miss, I’m Yunho and I was wondering if I can book a lane here on Sunday evening around 5?? For 5 people?” asked the Yunho guy and I was staring at him, I mean, who wears a beanie in the middle of summer and black sun glasses indoor an completely covered up…

“Sure, may I have your full name and telephone number please? For contact purpose” I said still starring at him oddly and the 4 guys behind him…

“My full name is Jung Yunho and my contact number is xxx-xxx-xxx (Sorry readers but I don’t have Yunho’s number XP)” said the Yunho dude

“Okay, I’ll call you up tomorrow to confirm that you will be coming okay?” I said typing the data in the laptop.

“Sure, thanks” said the Yunho guy who was staring at me and I was staring at him back.

“Aren’t you warm, I mean it’s in the middle of summer and you’re covering up your body like that” I asked

“Yeah, it’s warm but… it’s the latest trend don’t you know??” said Yunho…I mean who does he think he is? I wasn’t born yesterday you know.

“Okay, whatever you said Yunho, Have a nice day you five” I replied them and went back typing something on the computer again but I heard one of them saying

“I don’t think she knows us” one of them mumbled, said the tallest one

“Yeah, you’re right Changmin-sshi” said the short one. I just shook my head and went back typing the order of the drinks and look at the bar tender to see if he needs anything

“Ryeo Kin-sshi, we’re out of ice cubes” shouted the bar tender

“Okay, I’ll ask someone to bring some for you” Yelled back at the bar tender than I called up the kitchen staffs to get the ice cubes for the bar…aish, what a hectic day…

Sunday came and my dad was playing bowling alone in his lane and I was listening to some Japanese songs because I’m into anime compare to some random Korean artist that I’ve been hearing my friend talk about….about these bands called U-KILL, then there is this band called Sunny dare or something then there also one called Bang Bang and Shiny??I mean it’s a bit lame if you ask me about it.

“RYEO KIN-SSI, DID YOU HEAR MBLAQ WILL BE IN MUSIC BANK NEXT WEEK???” squalled my best friend who is an ‘A+’..I think, that’s what they call MBLAQ fans. I mean she kept on screaming MBLAQ and saying that she’s an ‘A+’…(=.=)…

“Don’t know don’t care” I said as I scan through the crowd and see if there is anyone who needs assistant…

“ Ryeo Kin-sshi, You should stop watching anime…and stop drooling over that terrorist Luleach” said Hyun Jae, my best friend since kindergarten

“It’s Lelouch Vi Britannia or Lamperouge you idiot and you were crazy about that guy Suzaku so don’t blame me” I said slapping her arm.

“Ouch, I’m saying at least be involve in some K-pop, not stick to anime ALL the time” mumbled Hyun Jae

“FYI, I’m perfectly comfortable in my anime world” I said smirking at her.

Suddenly, I heard someone chuckling at the counter so I turned around and find 5 guys covered up…like terrorist which reminds me of that guy Lelouch, for no reason

“Yes, how may I help you?” I asked the man

“I’m Jung Yunho, I booked a lane here on Friday for 5 people” said the Yunho guy…right the guy who said covering up in summer is the newest trend…(=.=)…

“Right, may I know your shoe size or did you all have your own shoes?” I asked

“We all have our own shoes thanks for asking” said Yunho

“Okay, you may have lane 3, and if you have anything you can ask me or ask anyone of the staff members here and the base cost for the lane is XXX and if you order any drinks the price will be added to the base cost, is that clear?” I asked

“Yup, thanks a lot Ryeo Kin-sshi’ said Yunho and all 5 of them walked to lane 3 and I activate that lane so that the 5 can play.

Suddenly my mom came in with my brother…great

“Ryeo Kin-ah, how’s business today?”Asked my brother

“Not bad, do you want me to restart the lane, I think dad is almost done with his game” I replied

And the both of them go to where my dad is playing and sat at the chair, waiting for him to end his current game while I sat at the counter sipping my lemon coke, I have a thing for coke, so don’t blame me!!!

“So, Ryeo Kin-sshi, your birthday is just next month, what do you want to do?” asked Hyun Jae, aish that girl!!!

“I have no idea and I don’t plan to celebrate and don’t even try kidnapping me to the local pub or dance club because remember last time you tried doing that, I was having nightmares for the whole week” I reminded my best friend

“Fine, but you dad gave me a great idea and I’ve contacted all of our friends that we will be bowling here” said Hyun Jae and I smacked my head on the table

“I hate my life!!!” I mumbled

And then I heard chuckling again so I raised my head up to see a tall guy, I mean he’s like 15 cm taller than me!!!
“We would like to order 3 glasses of coke, 1 glass of orange juice and 1 glass of apple juice” said the guy

“Okay, I’ll send the drinks there, which lane again?” I asked

“Lane 3” replied the tall guy

“Okay thanks, HYUN JAE, order!!!” I shouted as I pass her a receipt so that she can prepare the drinks for lane 3.

“Is there anything that you would like to add??” I asked

“No thanks” smiled the guy than I heard Hyun Jae saying something about MBLAQ and anime and my name and Lelouch and Bleach…

“I HEARD THAT!!! And BLEACH IS WAYYY AWESOME THAT WHATEVER BLACK YOU SAID!!!” I yelled

“IT’S MBLAQ!!!” yelled Hyun Jae and I smirked to myself, of course I knew it’s MBLAQ, I was just teasing her

“So, you like Bleach??” asked the tall dude, who is still there

“Yup, and many more anime…I like Code Geass, Bleach, Naruto, Kurosuji, Fullmtal Alchemist and many more” I said replying to his question

“Ahhhh…so an anime freak…that explains it, by the way, my name is Shim Chang Min” Said the Chang Min guy

“Oh okay Chang Min-sshi, and by the way, my name is Ryeo Kin” I said smiling at him, as a friendly gesture

“I know that…name tag” said Changmin pointing to his chest and I just oh-ed

“CHANG MIN-AH!!!” shouted the Yunho guy

“Sorry, hyuung is calling…bye” said Changmin walking away…okay…he’s freaky tall!!!

Then the Yunho guy was looking at me and he was talking to Changmin and looking my way and I just raised an eyebrow at him…

I then diverge my attention to my dad’s lane, lane 0, specially created for him…and saw my brother striking a strike…and he and my dad slapped their hands together than it’s my mom turn…ad guess what she got!!! A STRIKE!!!My brother than stare at me and stick out his tongue at me I stick out mine in return.

“You know I’m better than you!!!” shouted my brother…aish that guy…it’s embarrassing

“I KNOW!!!!I’M A BETTER DANCER THAN YOU!!!!”I yelled back smirking and we both stick our own tongues at each other.

My dad was shaking his head at the both of us and threw his ball…hitting the 9 pins down, leaving one standing as I sigh, why can’t I have the gift of a bowler?? Instead I was given the gift of a dancer…

After 2 rounds the 5 male came and I calculated the price for them...

“It’s a total of xxxx” I said after calculating their tabs

“Do you accept cards?” asked the guy who is the second shortest and I just nodded as he pass his card to me and I do the necessary procedure

“Who’s the family at lane 0? You all seem close not to mention they’re good” said Yunho

“Oh, that’s my family…” I said sighing for the nth time…

“Here you go sir, feel free to come again” I said smiling towards them while handing the guy credit card back to him

“Yeah, we like to book a lane for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday” said Yunho

“Oh, okay, Seems like you all are bowlers” I said as I check for free space for next week

“Yup, well do you need my name?” asked Yunho

“Nope, Jung Yunho am I right? And what time would you all prefer?” I asked

“Around 7” said Yunho

“Okay Thanks and please come back again” I said smiling towards them

Soon, the 5 of them became regular customers and I’ve memorize their names the oldest is Jaejoong or Hero, then the one who usually talks to me is Yunho and the shortest one Yoochun or Micky and the tall one is Changmin or Max and lastly Junsu or Xiah. Well that’s all I know about them other than that, I knew nothing and they seem to know me and the worst part is all 4 of them are older than me by 2 years and Changmin is the same age as me and not to mention still older since he’s born in February while I’m born in May.

And today, is the worst day of my life!!!! Yup you got that right, it’s my birthday and my dad gave Hyun Jae one of his best idea…to have a bowling party!!! Not to mention it’s lame and I don’t even know how to bowl, not to say my parents didn’t teach me but I have absolutely no talent at ALL!!! I’ve been to classes and the teacher got so mad at me because after 5 months of training, the ball kept going to the side and into the drain…which couldn’t hit the ball at all!!! So the trainer said to my dad that I’m pretty hopeless in bowling but they still love me nevertheless.

So here I am surrounded by my friends for a bowling match

“Losers pays for dinner” said Hyun Jae…yeah I have an awesome best friend…not!!!

Currently, my dad let us use his lane, lane 0..which is a private lane.

“Come on Ryeo Kin!!!! Take the ball and throw!!!”Teased Hyun Jae and she know I can’t BOWL!!! Curse everyone!!!

So I decide to close my eye and ran and threw the ball and in the end, I fell on my and the ball went towards the drain…and miss all the pins…great, not to mention, I heard someone chuckling beside me.

“Oh, Yunho-oppa” I said blushing, hello, it’s embarrassing!!!!

“I see you can’t bowl?” said Yunho amused at my lack of talent in bowling

“You got a problem with that?” I glared at him but he returned with a smirk

“Yeah, I mean you family can play so well and yet you can’t even bowl” said Yunho

“Blame it on the genes that genes didn’t choose me!!!” I yelled sticking my tongue out at him than I felt someone tucking on my sleeve

“Ryeo Kin-ah, do you know who is he?” asked Nicole, one of my friend

Err, yeah Jung Yunho and he goes by his nickname U-Know as in I know you know, you know?” I said confusing myself.

“That is the Jung Yunho, leader of DBSK…you know the Korean boy band??” said Nicole

“HUH??? What? You mean I’ve been friends with an idol??” I said unbelieving what Nicole just told me

“Yes, I’m Yunho from DBSK…” said Yunho smirking

“What’s a DBSK?”I asked dumbly and everyone just stare at me as if I grew 3 heads…

“DBSK, Dong Bang Shin Ki, The raising Gods of the east!! They are one of the most famous boy bands of Korean and Asia, not to mention they have many fans who called themselves Cassiopeia or Cassies” said Dennis

“Oh, am I supposed to know this??” I asked again

“See I told you Ryeo Kin, you’re too into your anime world that you’re neglecting these Gods in front of you” said Hyun Jae shaking her head.

“The only God I know is up there” I said pointing up and Yunho chuckled

“Ryeo Kin, you are hopeless…” said Hyun Jae as she smack her palm against her forehead

End score…I am the last…predictable I actually gave up bowling during the second round and I just toss the ball and let it roll to the drain and miss all the pins…I know it’s sad

“Ryeo Kin-ah, remember to treat us for dinner!!!” said Hyun Jae, the food lover..

“FINE!!! I’ll just inform my dad that I will be going out with you all” I said as I walked to where my dad is and told him that I will be going out just then, someone grabbed my arm

“Ryeo Kin-sshi…if you know, if you want, I can teach you how to bowl…if you want that is…” said Yunho

“THAT’S A GREAT IDEA YUNHO-SSHI!!!” said my dad…who agree to Yunho’s proposal…which I have no saying in this!!!It’s UNFAIR!!!! I HAVE RIGHTS!!!

“Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow evening at 8??” said Yunho

“Sure, no problem!!!” said my dad and I was starring at my dad like (O.o)

The next day, I was damn pissed off because I’m learning of to bowl!!! I tried but after so many years of not progress, so I gave up!!!!

I waited for Yunho and he arrived just 15 minutes earlier and my dad was happy to see him

“Don’t get your hopes high Yunho-oppa, I’m your worst student in history” I said glaring at my dad who flinched a bit

“You can’t be THAT bad” said Yunho

“Trust me Yunho I am THAT bad” said smirking as I walk to lane 0 and get ready my ball…

“Okay first off follow me how you swing the ball” said Yunho as he show me how to throw a ball…in which I manage to master it PERFECTLY!!! But when Yunho thinks I’m ready he gave me my ball and asked me to bowl with a smirk on his face knowing that it will be easy teaching me and when I throw the ball, the ball went into the drain and Yunho was staring like he couldn’t believe his eyes

“How could you not get a pin down??” said Yunho looking at all the 10 pins…poor Yunho

“As if I know, I’ve been asking myself that question for 20 years already” I said shrugging

“Must be something wrong with your ball” said Yunho as he checks my ball and use my ball and hit a strike…

“Okay, there’s nothing wrong with your ball” said Yunho who now look like he’s in shock so took my ball and bowl it again for the second time and it went into the drain…AGAIN!!!

“You’re right, you have no talent in bowling” said Yunho as he begin to bowl because it’s his turn

“Yup Einstein, I have no talent in bowling” I said as I grab my ball as Yunho got a strike again…

“Try copying my move and see if you can hit any pins or not” said Yunho as he stood beside me and I was following his movement on how to throw the ball and it went into the drain again…

“The way you throw the ball is perfect but how could you not hit a pin?” mumbled Yunho

“Good question…” I answered as sip on my coke

So Yunho played his turn and got another strike…

“What if you change your ball??” asked Yunho as he grabbed a ball from the ball rack and weigh it with his hand so that he may find a perfect ball for me and once he finally found one.

“Try this” said Yunho giving me the ball as I bowl for the 4^th time (I think)…which still end up in the drain…again….poor Yunho

“How bout we make a deal? If you could hit 4 out of the 9 pins, I’ll treat you for dinner??” said Yunho, hoping this will lighten up my spirit of bowling

“Deal!!” I said as I grab my old bowl and bowl it again and again and again till our whole match is finished with me scoring only 3 points…yup, I hit the last 3 pins at the end of the game because when I was bowling, my brother shouted my name which startled me and the ball just sip through my fingers and manage to hit the 3 pins which Yunho was starring at it as if the bowling alley just turned upside down…lol

The next week, Yunho and the rest of DBSK did came and sometimes I played with them sometimes not and Yunho and I have gotten very close…until one day I was with Yunho playing alone since the rest were busy…with some other things I think

It was my turn to bowl suddenly this girl came up against Yunho

“OPPA!!!DID you know I’ve been finding you for hours, I called Changmin-oppa asking where were you so he replied saying that you’re bowling so I went to your usual place to bowl but I can’t find you so I called up Changmin-oppa again and he said you’re here do you know HOW WORRIED I WAS???” said the girl hugging Yunho’s arm…and I admit I was jealous…okay I admit I have a tiny crush on him…but that’s ALL!!!

I got so angry that I bowled and hit a strike…for the 2^nd time in my life!!! The first time was..I have no idea when but it was when I was young!!!

“Ryeo Kin-sshi, YOU HIT A STRIKE???” exclaimed Yunho but I was far to jealous to talk to him

“I got to go” I said as I gently pushed him away and went to the toilet…and cursed myself of course he must have a girlfriend, not to mention she’s damn pretty, I look down at myself, I’m just average, my hair is not trimmed just plain curly and tied up in a messy pony tail, not like her who is styled nicely…sigh…I’m no match against girls like her…suddenly, the girl that hugged Yunho came in

“Ryeo Kin-sshi???” Asked the girl ad I pretend to be nice to her, I mean I’m not that pretty compared to her

“Yes?” I replied her

“I’m Yunho’s sister are you okay? Yunho-oppa is worried…” said Yunho’s sister…oh…suddenly I feel dumb

“Yeah I’m fine, I just felt a slight pain in my tummy…you know…monthly nature’s call” I said and she seems to understand, I mean all girls understand…

“Oh, I’ll tell Yunho-oppa that it’s a girl thing, don’t worry” said Yunho’s sister as she walked out of the toilet…phew that was close…after that I walked out of the toilet to see Yunho’s turn to bowl and he got a strike

“Ryeo Kin-sshi, are you alright??My sister doesn’t seem to give me a clear picture of what’s wrong saying something about a friend…who visits…and mother nature…” said Yunho scratching his head as I just chuckled at his reaction

“Oh, that’s a girl thing…you know monthly friends who comes for a week and goes…” I said blushing

“HUH??!?!?!” asked Yunho still blur

“I’m having my period you idiot!!!” I whispered and yeah Yunho and I was blushing like hell, I mean this is supposed to be…you know…private?

“Oh, as I was saying…how bout I pick you up tomorrow for a movie…you know because you just did a strike?” said Yunho trying to celebrate

“Sure…Err around 7??” I asked

“Yeah, sounds great” said Yunho blushing while starring at the ground as I threw the ball and it went to the drain…again so I let out a sigh…

After that round, In which I scored a strike and the rest went into the drain, Yunho came up with a conclusion, that is I can hit a strike when no one is paying attention…in which I was like…seriously?? And my dad was extremely happy for no reason…again…

“So, do you mind if we watch this romance movie?” asked Yunho…great romance movie, the one I hate the most…=.=

“Yeah…sure I guess…”I mumbled as the both of u bought some popcorn in which Yunho decide that he wants to eat and he realize that I hate it after he bought it and at least he bought 2 large coke for the both of us…I know I’m a coke lover

“Are you excited??” asked Yunho asking me if I’m excited to watch the romance movie…in which I was in the beginning…until the first ten minutes I fell asleep on Yunho’s shoulder…

I was dreaming about Yunho for no reason, I was dreaming him singing the song ‘My Destiny’ on stage and I’m the only audience for odd reason…yeah Yunho made me listen to their song and trust me, it’s addicting and in the end, I fell in love with DBSK and Big Bang G-Dragon in which Yunho isn’t happy about it since he’s jealous and he admitted that!!

“Ryeo Kin-ah….Ryeo Kin-ah…wake up” said Yunho as I slowly opened my eye to find everyone gone

“What happen?”I asked

“The show has ended” said Yunho chuckling at my blurriness

“Oh…OH…OH SORRY YUNHO-OPPA I FELL ASLEEP!!!” I apologize

“Don’t worry are you tired?” asked Yunho

“No, romance genre isn’t really my thing…I prefer action pack like Ninja Assassin…”I admitted and Yunho was chuckling at my comment

“Well then how bout next time we watch something else that is not romance” suggested Yunho and I was shocked at Yunho asking me out for the second time.

One week later, I guess Yunho’s theory about me and bowling is true, he once went to the toilet and I hit a strike and the second time he was talking to my dad In a corner, I scored another strike and then he tried again once whereby he goes to the toilet and I hit another strike…wow…trust me I was surprise myself

Just then, once he let his phone on the chair and he was in the toilet and I hit a strike, Changmin called because I can see Changmin’s name on his hand phone’s screen then it just went off but I manage to see his wall paper…

It was me and him and me sleeping on his shoulder!!!! WTF!!!!

“Oh Ryeo Kin-sshi, what are you doing with my phone?” asked Yunho as I was starring at the wall paper…

“Oh, Changmin-oppa called but I can’t help but notice the wallpaper…”I mumbled the wallpaper part and Yunho seemed to blushed as well

“Right…”said Yunho, Changmin called again and Yunho answered it…turns out Changmin wants some dinner since he’s still hungry…

“Yunho-oppa, can you change your wallpaper please?” I begged while blushing

“Nope, why?” smirked Yunho

“Because people might mistaken it…you know that we’re both….you know a..a” I was going to say a couple but Yunho cut me off

“A couple” smirked Yunho and I just nodded…and blushed

“Yeah” I mumbled

“Do you want to be my girlfriend then…Jagiya?” asked Yunho and I just stared at him as he looked directly in my eyes

“Are you sure…I mean, I’m not THAT pretty nor am I THAT smart…”I mumbled but I was cut off by a pair of lips against mine

“It’s a yes or no question Jagiya” said Yunho

“Yes” I mumbled loud enough just for Yunho to hear

“Good, because I wasn’t going to take a no for an answer” smirked Yunho as he kissed my cheek and I blushed at his comment

“And you look beautiful the way you are don’t ever deny that” said Yunho as he strike a strike and smiled at me… as I secretly smiled at myself as I threw the ball and it went to the drain again….

“Jagiya, isn’t that how we both met? You at bowling to remember?” said Ryeo Kin’s dad

“I remember that, you were trying to impress me by striking a strike every time and decide to teach me bowling…” replied Ryeo Kin’s mom

“Those sweet times…” said Ryeo Kin’s dad as he kissed his wife’s lips for the nth time that night…(O.O)
