Description

Sunggyu revisits memories as he goes to meet someone special.

Inspired by the lyrics of Sunggyu's solo song, Shine.

Foreword

Just a little bit of information:

Sunggyu is the same age he is now (so he's 23).

This oneshot takes place sometime in late September- early October, there is no specific date.

 

That's about it, not revealing too much since it'll give away too much and I can't write summaries.

Chapter 2: I was reading this while listening to 60 Seconds, and let me tell you: I will now cry every time I hear that song.

This oneshot...! For some reason I thought (well, hoped) it would have a happy ending, but as the plot progressed, I knew... I'd be bawling by the end of it. I actually dislike angsty stories because of the way they make my heart break, but I really enjoyed reading yours (and you said you couldn't write... ;))

The way you portrayed their love story was great. Switching back and forth from the present time to the past is a common technique, but it was a great way to show Sunggyu's love here. And the way you described his emotions was fantastic as well... There were times I thought I was HIM, because his feelings were so clearly expressed.

Anyways, sorry for taking so long to read this. But I'm glad I did! It cheered me up today (despite it being a tragedy :P).

Chapter 1: This is so beautiful.
I was surprised myself that I feel very touched even though i've read so many stories like this (where the girl dies in the end), but yours is somewhat nice to read.
I guess I really like the simplicity in it and how honest you describe the character feelings :)
