“I’m sorry for your loss.”                                                “I can find someone for you, if you want?”

             “He was a really good man.”                                                         “He’s never coming back.”

                           “I’m sure you’ll find somebody new.”                                  “You’re better off without him.”

All these words, and more, are what I received from the many friends and family members that Yongguk had. Surprisingly it was some of his closest friends, and even relatives, who were telling me to do the unthinkable, give up on Yongguk.

No, I couldn’t do that; I loved him way too much to give up so easily. It had only been two months since his disappearance and already people were thinking the worst. But I knew he was out there somewhere; I just had to wait for a while. And even if that meant waiting days, months, or even years, I didn’t care, as long as I could finally see my loving Yongguk again.
