A leader's sacrifice should never be neglected. This guy started out as a amature, knowing nothing on how to lead such a huge band. It was also not his choice to leave them. It was in fact, a very difficult thing for him to do.

 

As a leader of such a huge band, it surprised the public many times. How did this guy manage to lead this group for nearly 7 years? Not to forget that he always led the group successfully every time.
