Sehun paced around the living room while biting onto his thumbnail as I shooed him away for blocking the view of the TV. I was watching TVXQ on Inkigayo while my boyfriend was being paranoid about his basketball tournament the next day.

"Yah, Oh Sehun! Quit strolling around like an old man and sit down!" I complained as he sighed for the umpteenth time and slumped onto the couch, next to me.

He kept sighing as rolled my eyes and facepalmed, "Sehun-ah, take a chill pill, buddy. It's just another basketball game. I'll be there with you, okay?" I comforted, grabbed his hand and gave it an assuring squeeze. 

"But-" protested the trembling boy as I shook my head, "No buts! I'm gonna be there for you like I always do. You'll do amazing, okay? I believe in you, Oh Sehun. And don't you dare disappoint me." I warned and leaned in to plant a tender kiss on his forehead.

He softened and smiled at me, "Thanks, babe. I know I can always count on you." 

"Pshyeah, of course, you can." Even though I sounded like I wasn't serious, but deep down inside, Sehun knew that I meant every word I said.

Wrapping his long arms around me, my lovely boyfriend nuzzled his own cheek into my hair and pecked my temple in the process.

The end of my lips tugged upwards as I cuddled closer into his warm embrace.

"Okay, good job, everybody! Keep up with this attitude when we perform later." I clapped as my cheerleading groupmates dispersed around the basketball court. 

I did my stretches and took out my bottle of water. Sipping onto it, my eyes darted around to look for any sign of my boyfriend. I noticed Kai approaching me, I put the bottle of water away. 

"____-ah! Sehun needs you. He's hyperventilating again. We tried everything to calm him down but nothing works. We thought it'd be best if we called for you." I sighed then nodded in understanding and followed Kai into the back room to where all the basketballers are getting ready.

I pushed open the door of the backroom to find everyone in there with a look of relief once they saw me. I chuckled as they all saluted me and pointed towards the direction of Sehun, where he's sitting alone in a corner, biting onto his thumbnail, yet again.

I rolled my eyes and approached him, "Yah, idiot. Stop biting onto your finger, it's not good." I scolded as his head sprang up. He jumped up from his seat and yanked me into his arms.
