"Miryo! Can you hand me the kimchi?" 

 

 

Miryo gladly handed me kimchi as I served myself some onto my plate. 

 

My bandmates and I ate our last meal together before we have to get in shape for our comeback song 'abracadabra'. We're trying a new style: bad girl y. 

 

"So what do you think about this new style?" Jea asked as she stuffed with kalbi. 

 

"It will definitely be different, but I think we can pull it off." Ga In said. 

 

"Of course you can." I winked at Ga In. "You have been watching sensual movies to prep!"

 

"Plus you have the hot boyfriend." Miryo interupted. 

 

Ga In smiled towards her food and the other two giggled along. As for me, I fake a smile. What no one knows is that Ga In's boyfriend, Ju Hyun, is my lifelong friend......and I've had a crush on him ever since. 

 

FLASHBACK

 

We shared glances at each other. And everytime our eyes locked, we would make quiet giggles and look into our coffee cups. I was sipping a latte while Ju Hyun sipped black coffee. 

 

"So......" I filled the awkward silence. 

 

"So." He smiled back.

 

"So." I repeated, showing my teeth as I smiled. 

 

He smirked. "So I think your smile is fantastic."

 

I blushed. No words could come out of my mouth as my stomach made flips inside me. 

 

"How about we go to the mall. I'll buy you something nice." He said as he stood up.

 

I quickly stood up and followed him, where he held out his arm. He wanted me to lock my arm in his, like a couple. That made me so excited! I locked my arm into his and we walked out of the coffee shop, arm to arm.

 

FLASHBACK END

 

Ga In knows about my feelings for him.................but she betrayed me anyways and pretended nothing happened.

 

FLASHBACK

 

"Ok here's a good one!" I gave Ju Hyun an evil look. "Would you rather be in a cage of 1000 spiders or a bathtub of 10,000 leeches?"

 

Ju Hyun let out a nervous laugh and rubbed his eyes. "Wow that's a tough one!"

 

I giggled as he his beard. He thought long and hard. "I would have to say 10,000 leeches." He said as he put his hand in the air in defeat. 

 

"Wow! Me too!" I pointed at myself. 

 

"It's like one mind!" He said with excitement. "Ok I got one! How about.........Ga In!"

 

He waved behind me. I looked behind me to see Ga In, holding shopping bags. "Ju Hyun!" She yelled as she waved back.

 

 

She walked up to us. I couldn't help but feel jealous inside. "Hey Ga In."

 

"Ju Hyun......I can't carry all of this hooooome. Can you help me?" She asked with a whiny tone that I wanted to smack out of her. 

 

He stood up as fast as he could. "Of course! Anything for you......did I mention you look beautiful today?"

 

At that moment, I knew what Ga In was doing.......as they walked away, she turned around and looked at me. Then..............she gave me a look. That one look that represents that she is rubbing it in.

 

FLASHBACK

 

"I hope you have good practice." Jea raised her glass full of soju towards Ga In, who blushed. 

 

I sighed as I took a sip of my own soju and chomped down on kimchi and rice. At least when we are busy at work, I can get them out of my mind.

I looked at myself in the mirror, pulling down my golden dress for the dramatic scene in our new music video. I couldn't help but give my reflection an evil grin. 

 

The director of the mv casted me as the assassin. And I get to assassinate Ga In's abusive boyfriend. Then, at the end of the mv, I get to kill her! The bitter sweet moment of pretending to kill Ga In.......

 

"Hey Narsha!" The director popped her head in my dressing room. 

 

"Ah! Please come in!" I gestured her to come in. She gladly came in.

 

"You look great in that dress!" She smiled. "And I want you to meet the man who is going to play the abusive boyfriend."

 

My eyes grew wide as the man came in. My heart beated hard in my chest as his face grew excitement. 

 

"Narsha!" He held out his arms for a hug. 

 

I gulped down my nerves as I pasted a fake grin on my face. "Ju Hyun!

 

we hugged like how friends would hug, but it lasted longer. I couldn't help but lay my head on his shoulder and he grazed his nose against my hair, lightly sniffing it. At least.....that's what I felt. I quickly pulled away and looked towards the ground, blushing. 

 

"Anyways.....go on set! Time to film!"

I shoved the cord into the slot, making the number appear on the heavy machine attached to Ju Hyun's bare chest. It was slightly difficult, due to Ju Hyun's chest lift up and down from his heavy breathing. But he looked........so y nontheless. 

 

As the numbers counted down, I couldn't help myself but smile. the revenge is complete. 

 

 

I stood up from the bed Ju Hyun layed on, adjusted my golden dress, and I was out of there in a flash.

 

 

 

CUT!

 

 

I looked over at the director, to whom was rubbing her eyes. 

 

"Narsha, you were great. But Ju Hyun! I think you need to add a little bit of.......passion. Like you are having a dream while she is putting this device together. Can you do that for me?"

 

He nodded his head as he layed back down on the pillow. I couldn't help but stare. He was the perfect man. I wish I had to strength to tell him how I felt. But something I am unaware of is holding me back.

 

"Great work, Narsha!"

 

I looked behind me and I saw Ga In with a dirty look on her face. then she mouthed words to me "be careful"

 

I took a deep breath and went back to position for the second take.

I watched as Ga In painted her toe nails. I slowly walked up to her, with a blank look on my face. Then.......I placed a purple heart candy on my tongue, making sure not to eat it. I then grab Ga In's chin, slowly pulling it up so she can look into my dead eyes. I stared at her, then I began to lean in, closer and closer, ready to give her my treat. I slowly closed my eyes, but I opened them again, thinking to myself "see you in hell." Then I closed my eyes and leaned in closer.

 

CUT

 

"Fantastic job!" The director stood up from her chair and applauded. "Amazing, you two!"

 

I spit the candy into my hand and bowed to the director. "Thank you!"

 

"Ok that's a wrap! Good job everyone!"

 

I saw some backstage workers pack up their stuff. Then....I looked to my right to see Ga In walking up to Ju Hyun. She wrapped her arms around his neck and began kissing his neck and cheeks. But then.......he pushed her off and walked up to me. 

 

"Narsha......."

 

I looked towards the ground, hoping he wasn't fooling me. 

 

"Look at me.....please."

 

I continued to look at the ground. 

 

"Narsha....please....."

 

 

I then felt a hand gently grab my chin and lifted my face up. I then saw Ju Hyun, who had his mouth barely open. And in his mouth, was a purple heart candy. Then then leaned in and his lips met mine. I felt the candy pass from his mouth into mine. The sweetness of the candy melted into my mouth as I melted into the kiss. 

 

"YAH! JU HYUN!"

 

We broke the kiss, only to see Ga In. She looked pissed. Ju Hyun smiled. 

 

"I LOVE NARSHA. IT'S OVER!"

 

She scoffed and stormed off. It felt so good to see Ga In defeated. I wanted to laugh my face off, but I held in my pride. I chewed on the candy as Ju Hyun looked at me. 

 

"I love you and I always have. I don't even know what I was thinking when I began dating Ga In! But it's over! I want you....."

 

No words could come out of my mouth. I immediately shoved my lips back onto his into a passionate kiss.

 

The man I've loved for so long......is finally mine.

 

This shows that patience can give you great treasures.
