Fresh air is good for you, right?
No, not for Jung Mingyang.
No matter what her brothers tell her, Jung Minyang is never in the mood of going outside. In fact, she's proud of the fact that she's a loner and a hermit. Crazy.
Honestly, why should she go outside? It's full of dangers and strangers.
Inside, she can eat whenever and whatever she wants from the kitchen, sleep during the night or afternoon, not care about how she looks and wander around the living room filthy or . No worry about earning money, keeping up with fashion, confronting backstabbers, being squeaky clean, or yada yada yada.
This is the life. A peaceful one, mind you.
As ridiculous as it may sound, Jung Minyang's brothers even opened a contest with a hefty prize for anybody who could get her out of the house and sit under the warm and lovely UV rays together. At one point, her persistant brothers even turned off the water, gas and air conditioner to force her to go outside.
Of course, nothing works, seeing how Jung Minyang is still sitting in front of her laptop and looking for movies to watch for free.
And then, she runs out of toilet paper...

Although he lives in a completely different world and time period, Nam Woohyun is in a similar situation. He has no idea what life is like beyond the thickness of the palace clay walls.
The only difference is that Nam Woohyun wants to go outside but is not allowed. Sad, huh?
He is a good son--never disobeying his parents (the king and queen) and always following their set standards.
Like stated, he is a good son.
Whether he is a good man is still up for debates. Some say he's a good man because he's honest with his natural born instincts. Others disagree for the same reason.
Did you guess it right?
Nam Woohyun is women-holic. He loved women. Even on rainy days when the palace's collection of rare chocolate gets ruined, his cheekbones would explode with laughter with a couple of beautiful ladies by his side. Anyone women within his reach are his.
Tripped and ruined your favorite gown? No problem. He can have a blast with the cute palace maid, romantically jumping on wet laundry together with pink flowery bubble floating in the air. Favorite riding horse is sick? Nothing to worry about. He can call for the neighboring advisor's daughter, embrace her from the back and ride her... horse instead.
Okay. I think you get the point.
It's true he's no longer just a prince, but a king with a wife. However, Nam Woohyun can wiggle an eyebrow at the thought of having concubines.
And then, an assassin attempts to murder his wife, the queen...
